Waited 15 minutes for her to make someone else’s ice cream and then we ordered 2 $14 drinks and left a $3 tip. Got a latte and a hot chocolate. My hot Chocolate tasted like a cold watered down coffee. I asked the girl if it had coffee and she said oh yes I’m sorry I put to much cold water so I added a little coffee to warm it up??? Very unsanitary. I ordered a 3 piece chicken finger she took them out of a bag frozen and put them in the air fryer. Once done I sat down and started to eat them biting through 2 of them that were still frozen. I went to tell the lady they were still frozen and she put my picked over and half eaten chicken fingers back into the air fryer where she has to put other people food into. I should have read the reviews first. What a frustrating and difficult place to order. Menu on wall has no descriptions and nachos had no cheese, just an oily transparent liquid. Ordering ice cream was also frustrating Wiyh exceptions for almost everything, extra charges for 6 toppings when we ordered directly off menu with no extras. When asking for 2 scoop for triple rainbow, was told we would have to pay for an extra scoop as it is just a scoop of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry individually. A let down and won't be...
