We shop here regularly and tonight the manager made a false accusation of my family and we will never be returning. She said âare you buying the lanyards because they (my kids) keep breaking themâ. She holding one by the string (broken) and my child holding another lanyard. My 4 year old put the clasp back together on the lanyard he was holding as it should be and put it up where it belonged. We never broke the ONE (not them) she accused us to have broken. It was already there, broken. I know because the one we did buy with our accumulated $300 order was behind it.. naturally leaving the already broken one. Iâm glad though she felt compelled to pick it up, stating such a false accusation while walking towards us. I would recommend to any manager that they put the care in their customers rather than a $9.99 lanyard. When we return our entire order next week it will look far worst on your store than shipping a broken lanyard back to headquarters. Shame on you; know...
