Horrible service and the panties are SO cheap. This store’s location use to be completely different about 5 years ago. It never had actual clothing or panties, bras , etc. to choose from that most other locations have available but, that was ok. Since they’ve changed so drastically, I just can’t bring myself to even walk through their doors. The last time I shopped at this location. I had purchased a bra and a woman by the name of Victoria helped size me because, I needed a DD and this location didn’t have much to choose from. Victoria was so so helpful and I was so pleased with her help. She brought me different styles to choose from. Apologized that they didn’t have more in stock and I was thankful she was at least honest and upfront about it. She was amazing. I chose one that she gave me but, switched it out for one I seen after I left the dressing room. It was light blue lace and beige lace. A push-up and had the coverage, I loved and really only ever wore. Later on that evening, after I clocked out of work. Waited for my husband to pick me up and on the way home. I pull the bra out of the bag and start showing him my new bra. I realized The bra that I purchased, earlier that day had rust on the wiring and the bra was split. I took the bra back to the store the next day and two different floor managers refused to do a return, or exchange. They more so we’re assuming there was no absolute way that that bra, had came from that location. I was so disgusted and highly upset do mainly with the service, that I received that day. There is one specific employee who is never kind. She seems to make up the rules as she goes for promo codes and adds her own stipulations that are not mentioned on the digital promotion. For example for the free fragrance or body lotion she told me I can only pick from 1 of 3 scents but online I can pick from any of the scents and there is no specification on the digital coupon that only certain scents are eligible. I called customer service and confirmed this as well that there were not stipulations on what scent specifically I could get so I could so I could place an order online instead. I was informed by customer service I can choose any of the scents online, but was told something different in store. She also initially told me I could not use the free mist or body lotion promo with the 20 off 50 promo, but on the promos it specifically states you can. She did realize this was incorrect and corrected her statement, but overall it’s never a positive experience coming here anymore. I feel very unwelcome and every time I come to this store now when it used to be my favorite place to shop. I decided to leave to place an order online instead because of the unwelcoming environment and then adding their own stipulations for promotional offers that are not listed in the terms of use on the...

The young man working the floor is very rude and unprofessional. He got upset because my wife wanted to try on a bra that was on a Mannequin and it was the only one in the store her size. I removed the bra myself. It was still tagged for normal sale. He took the bra out of her hands and wouldn’t give it back. Supposedly you can’t buy anything on the mannequins or even try then on to see if it fits.. Didn’t see any signs posted not allowing this. His answer to everything is we can order it. Why would we order something that expensive without knowing if it fits?! This was the second time in this specific store dealing with this same individual.
