Worst customer service I have had in a long time. Went in to buy a gun with my 2 young children. Nobody at the counter. Called someone over and made my selection. Filled out the background check after another guy in front of me finished his at a computer. Then waited for about an hour with little to no communication from the young guy (Travis) at the counter. My kids where getting fussy so I asked if I could take them to lunch and come back for the gun after. On my return now 2 hours in the guy that was ahead of me was just getting checked out with his gun. The kid said I am gonna go run yours now. I said wait what? Why have I been waiting 2 hours if you have not even started my background check? At this point I was a little upset and said. Are you guys in the business of selling guns or not? The kid behind the counter got pissed and said. Do you want the gun or not. I said yes go run the check and quit wasting my time. I also asked to speak with the manager. 10 minutes later the manager comes out and tells me I did not pass the background check and sends me away. This is completely BS! I am a gun collector with over 30 guns and buy them all the time. I am a CCW holder and a Paramedic with 0 criminal record. I fully belive that I pissed off that kid behind the counter and he tanked my background check. Worst experience ever!!! Gun may have had a good sale price but not worth dealing with these incompetent sales people. $7 for background check and 2 hours dealing with my 2 board young children wasted for nothing!

1st Update: After posting this review I got a call back saying they messed up my background check with a typo of my birthday. They said I can come back in for a 10% discount on the gun if I want. No apologies given though.

2nd Update: So, I went back in to get my additional 10% off. Never did get any kind of sorry from anyone including the new manger (Elio) I was dealing with. When I finally went to check out they tried to over charge me from our phone deal. Seems the computer did not know about the sale I was there for in the 1st place and he was trying to give me 10% off the regular price. I had to explain I was to get 10% off the sale price $419.99 as indicated on the sale tag hanging from the gun. In the end I got a very good price. Original price was $579.99 on sale for $419.99. I got mine for $377.99 after all the hassle. Was it worth a $202 discount? Maybe but it wasted my whole day and I...

The folks working in the shoe department were wonderful which is why I rated this 2/5. However, the rest of the staff was rude. I went to try on clothes and pressed the button of the changing room. No one came by, so I moved to another room and pressed the button. I thought maybe the other was broke. No one came by. So, I sought someone out. I asked politely for a room, he told me to press the button and someone would be by. Before I could say that I tried, he walked away.

Not even 5 minutes later he opened a room for another group. He looked directly at me standing by my dressing room and walked away when I was clearly waiting. THEN, my husband went to grab some help. The man who finally came to help said very rudely “you can just press the button next time” and I told him I tried (multiple times) and no one came by. He was dismissive and rude. They made it an...

Went in directly to the shoe department and asked someone from that department if they had any steel toed boots…. He directed me to a completely different area, granted there were some steel toe boot options, but only for men. I then proceeded to the front counter, to ask someone else if there was possibly another location that had steel toed boots. He cut me off, and quickly redirected me to the area I had just come from. At that point I realize I, a female had to identify that was in fact looking for FEMALE shoes. “I am sorry ma’am but we don’t carry steel toed boots for women in store”. Our conversation abruptly ended with him walking away to open a register.

At this point I am done with any efforts to find whatever I may need in the future...
