MAD Greens - Littleton Southwest Plaza — Restaurant in Colorado

This will be the last time we visit mad greens. After multiple previous visits when they were still a very new location I chalked up the disorganized staff, long wait time and unavailable menu items (juice machine not working, etc) to this being a new location still working out the kinks. I was excited about a healthy option and the salads on the menu looked great. However, trying to order dinner there again tonight was worse than ever. The menu appears to have been cut in half, our favorite family salads were all gone. We ordered our meal to go and they attempted to send us on our way with only half of our food. We waited for the rest and after getting home realized we were missing the milk from our kids meal and the dressing for my meal. We've gotten the kids meals for my two year old before and found the portion adequate but the Mac and cheese we got tonight was a ridiculously small amount of food (I'm currently making him more dinner), not nearly enough for a toddler let alone an older child. The avocado on my meal was black and bruised, very unappetizing. We've been to other mad greens locations without any of the issues at this location and sadly this will no longer be an option for our family....

Let me just say this loud and clear: this was hands-down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at ANY restaurant. Period. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely appreciated as a guest.

Now let’s talk about the food… THE SALAD. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best-tasting salad I’ve ever had in my entire life. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and clearly crafted with passion. Whoever is back there making those bowls deserves a standing ovation!

And I have to give a massive shout-out to my boy Nico and his entire crew—you guys are absolutely awesome. The service was on point, the energy was great, and you can tell everyone working there actually cares about what they do. That kind of vibe is rare these days, and it made the whole experience even more unforgettable.

If you haven’t been to Matt Green’s at Southwest Plaza in Littleton yet, stop what you’re doing and GO. You won’t regret it.

So my office LOVES to order MadGreens, awesome food, lots of fresh options for us chicks trying to be on diets. THIS PARTICULAR MadGreens seriously has THE WORST service. Every time we place an order they act like we are such an inconvenience. I get it, there are seven of us and its a pain in the butt and we really try not to be difficult but really do you have to give us so much attitude?? Today there was a total mix up and we called in our order but the lady picking it up also went through the line and so they made us a double order. I understand that really really sucks and I would be pretty upset but being in the industry of serving people I think the fact that he called and was rude to me about the mix up is very very unprofessional. We do everything we can to make it easier, typing up the order and being flexible with calling it in, faxing it in, emailing it in...whatever we can do to make it easy and every single time they treat us like gum on the bottom of their shoes.
