Mattress Firm Southwest Commons — Hotel in Denver

When I first stepped into Mattress Firm, Arianna greeted me immediately. She had me try a traditional mattress and then gently interviewed me about my needs and physical considerations. She was friendly and personable, and she guided me to 4 different mattresses that could fit my needs. I lost the feeling of being overwhelmed when I first saw a room full of dozens of beds, and followed her guidance. She could answer every question i asked and she shared her knowledge and personal experience. I didnt purchase that first day but when I returned several weeks later with my husband, in masks, she recognized me. This time she had other customers but I never felt abandoned - she was back and forth. I was happy to get a discount on bedding and pillows because of the price tag on the Dual King Tempur pedic mattresses. She also facilitated a quicker delivery date and has the bedding scheduled to arrive on same as bed. After purchasing fr this store in Aug. I have had some question as to whether I got the right mattress. I've talked w Arianna who encouraged me to come in & try out other mattresses as part of their exchange policy. I've been back to this store twice, helped by Kim & also Willie. In both instances they have been very friendly & helpful. Great...

I had been having trouble sleeping due to back pain at night. I decided to take a quick look at the Mattress Firm in Southwest Commons. I had bought a mattress there earlier in the year for a guest bedroom and found them very helpful. When I arrived I was greeted by Carolyn. I had no intention of purchasing a mattress ( for financial reasons) but I was hoping to find something for the future. My intent was to find something I liked, find the cost of the mattress and then save for it over time. Carolyn was amazing. She answered all my questions and followed me through the store explaining the differences and benefits of each mattress. I found a mattress I really liked. She explained the 72 months 0% financing and made it possible for me to purchase the mattress that night. Carolyn was awesome. She was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my decision to buy. This is the second really good experience I have had this year with this Mattress Firm. We purchased a mattress in January 2019. It felt very hard and nothing like the one in the showroom. I went back to the store twice to let the salesman know this and to again test the one we had laid on and compare it to the one at home but the salesman said to just give it a chance to break in. Then the COVID hit and we couldn’t go back to the store and the bed still felt like a piece of concrete. We had missed the trial period by this time, and were not willing to pay $100 to exchange it, or go back to the showroom to try to find another suitable mattress due to the pandemic. I left a one star review here, a year later, and the district manager reached out to me immediately. We worked out a solution to get another mattress that I had purchased in 2015, which I loved... a duplicate of this mattress was delivered in a very reasonable amount of time (considering the pandemic) and for a very reasonable price.
