Little City Thrift Store — Local services in Littleton

I visited the store a few days ago and while I was there, and elderly lady was sitting on a table by the cash register being so vile about people who have tattoos and piercings with another person. I won’t go into details because I don’t want anyone to feel less adequate because of their body art but I am heavily tattooed and felt extremely insulted. The other person she was speaking with seemed to be trying and educating her on her extremely judgmental and narrow mind… but she stuck to her convictions. I put down everything I had and walked out. She lost a sale from me and I shop in Littleton a lot. I would never revisit that place and if you do and have body art, just know she is stereotyping you.

I was under the impression that person WAS the owner because some of the comments she was making led me to believe that. I am also not the type to try and get people fired or cancelled, that really doesn’t benefit anyone… however, she may benefit from some sensitivity and inclusion training. Such a cute fine! Was able to find all the necessary things for an outfit. The woman at the counter, who was very friendly, shared with me that alot of their proceeds go to charity, which made my heart warm. Definitely will visit again...
