After shopping around at different jewelry stores for the last year and not being satisfied with their suggestions, I stumbled upon TM Jewelers and decided, what the heck, I might as well give it a try. The owners were very nice and welcoming. Tigran looked at my ring, asked me a few question about what I was looking for in a design and within 10 mins I was walking out the store without my engagement ring. I was surprised to get a call a couple weeks later to let me know it was finished, as I was expecting it to take longer. The ring came out beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Tigran and his wife were so friendly, down to earth and fun to talk to making the whole experience a lot less stressful than I anticipated it would be. I needed my pearl (engagement) ring cleaned and re-set/glued. I brought it here because it was the closest jewelry store and I wanted to be close, should anything happen to it. I took it to TM Jewelers and left it with them with full confidence and trust that it was in very caring hands. I picked my ring up the next day they were open and my ring looked better than ever! The pearl was re-fixed better than before, and the whole ring (including the pearl!) was cleaned and shined. The price for both the cleaning and repair was incredibly less than I had expected as well.
