I'm going to write this review based on customer service. I see many reviewers don't like the prices of this outlet, or think the quality/cleanliness of the products are in question....but if you are in NorCal shopping outlets, I'm not sure how this one is any different than Pottery Barn Outlet in Alameda, West Elm, Crate & Barrel or Serena & Lily Outlets in Vacaville, or even RH & Williams Sonoma outlets in Pleasanton & Vacaville. I could go on and on about the prices of the RH outlets and the quality of their items....but like anywhere, there are gems to be had. You know what you're getting into with outlets.
I've been here several times over the last year and I'm always greeted when I arrive, and always asked if I need help in the most appropriate, non-aggressive way possible. Then when I'm buying things, they never hesitate to help me find the least damaged (which is often not-at-all damaged) of the items I'm looking for. The manager is fantastic...he works hard to make the sale - but again not in an overly aggressive way. Yesterday (Sunday of Memorial Day weekend) we found an outdoor couch and as he was ringing us up he remembered the last time we were there (buying a dining table) and that I like to use my own credit card for points, so wasn't going to open the C&B credit card for 10%. However, this time there was a 20% promo going on to open the card, and it was a good amount of $$. I misunderstood the promo deal (ie I get the $$ for a later purchase), so after I signed up & understood, I told him I didn't want it any more. Let's just say he made it right. He still got a new credit card customer (& believe me, that's what C&B corporate wants LOL) but I got some additional value. Win-win. Excellent way to...

After I bought them I had some personal reason cant pick them up on time, in store they told me definitely will notice me if anything they will do(resell or cancel). Then when I went to get them all items showed been picked up without any noticing! and they have no video and no signature to approve who did it!
Terrible senior manager (I guess same one as in another comment I saw here) rude and lied everytime said there was investigation. Never heard any useful updates from her. Used 2 months to do ghost investigation and told me nothing they can do without sorry! Are you stealing furniture from your own store and asking customer to pay for it? Feel bad for cb2 which is such a good company with this terrible outlets’ customer service.

On the day that we had the poor customer service experience at this store, we reached out directly to CB online customer service later. Based on sale information they did confirm the fact rugs can be returned within 7 days grace period and processed a return for us. This simply confirms my comment below that this specific store manager was just a rude and unprofessional person who would confront the customers im the way she think is right. Hence, my review about this particular store and its manager remains valid.
Rude manager (not staff)! Recently bought a rug, on the receipt it says return is accepted 7 days after purchase. Before purchasing staff told us you can go home open the rug, if did not match your furniture just bring it back for return.
We went back within 7 days grace period and a new manager rudely rejected us and said it is accepted just in case item is damaged!
