Worse customer service, this place had a sink but they have no soap as tester only lotion, when asked if there was the soap tester they actually said they purposely removed it to not have people wash their hands. I had a pleasant experience with the friendly and helpful staff when purchasing items; However, I was not informed that all items marked with 'Outlet Price' are FINAL SALE because "Outlet Price" items are not "Full Price" items. Terrible customer service from the older asian lady who was working there on Oct 25, 2025 in the afternoon. I would ask her questions about the product and would give a non related snarky response.

Maam you work at a lotion store in a strip outlet mall, relax.
