Not Too Naughty — Local services in Livermore

I can't share to much as I can never seem to go when the doors are open. Every single time I go there is a sign up that says be back in 15 min. I over looked this the first few times but once again it happened to me today. When I got there today the sign was once again already up. There were 2 ladies sitting at the table close by and said the sign had already been there for over 15 min. And laughed! I remained there for another 30 min plus and still no one came back to open the store. I post this finally as maybe someone can please do something about this. As you can read in the reviews I am not the only one to experience this same issue. Your store is losing money hand over fist. Please fix...

$20 for a 2 oz bottle of lube. Same exact product is available on Amazon for 1/4th the price. I would love to support a local business if they had decent customer service or any customer service at all, but they were just chatting with each other while ringing up my order, practically acted like I didn’t exist. Nothing about this place gave me even a single reason to come back. If they went out of business, nothing of value...

Was there today,,,,3/1 @ around 4pm. Sign said Open but door was locked. Waited for about 10 min. Two more customers walked up and rattled the door then walked away.... Bad business. Money lost potential customers...
