A big girl with red hair that was working today was very rude and unprofessional. She lacks basic listening and communication skills. Doesn’t know what a RT size is but yet she’s a sonic employee. She turned off her microphone mid order and had my husband repeatedly repeat mine and his slushy order(we had 3 of us in total trying to order) and it took 5 mins. Then she said yea I turned my microphone off i told you one second(she did not say that to my husband and she gave attitude). We then told her to cancel our order and she proceeded to read it back again she doesn’t listen and I screamed loud enough to tell her cancel the order, she then proceeded to come out to our truck as we were leaving and my husband and I told her never mind, again she wasn’t listening and he had to repeat that twice to her after she came out next to our vehicle. Read moreService is horrible. The slushes are not slushes, but light syrup with a lot of slushie mix. The Dr Pepper tastes like nasty unflavored soda. They need to change or clean the soda lines. I'm disgusted with the carhops. I give them tips always, but it seems like they demand and expect it. The service is spotty and that's why their food is cold and seems old like it's been under the heat light too long. The fries are gross and stale. I'd be surprised if there's not slime or mold in the ice machine. I've bought bags of ice that had black spots on the ice. Would not recommend unless you want cold, old and uneatable food or nasty drinks that are not refreshing. Their icecream is not creamy or delicious. It tastes like they're not cleaning the machines. I at one point saw roaches coming out of where the carhops go out to deliver the food. Do not waste your time or money. I will not return or recommend Sonic in Livingston. Read moreListen, I have been around for quite a while. I was in fast food a few times in my lifetime. Now Sonic is fast food, and I get that. I have 3-4 things that need to be brought up. The patties appeared to be hot stacked. Again, if you're in the business, you know what I mean. My wife had a #4 Cheesey bacon stack, which has bacon, which there was no bacon. I had a #5. Both were cold. We haven't ate at Sonic in a while for this reason. We liked Sonic, however we keep going back and getting cold food, no lettuce, no bacon, hot stacked patties and just missing items. The shakes were good and were the highlight of this meal... We don't complain, but we expect service that is good, and we are not getting good service. The car hop was given a $9 tip. Wasn't her fault that we know of. We are upset and more likely will not come back. As you well know, your customers are your bread and butter... It's like we had bread...
