Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Livingston

I had decided to walk to one of your establishments located in Livingston, TX for a carryout pizza and as I was less than a minute away I called to place a order for a large 3 topping carryout and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and unwelcoming. She complained that the store closes inside at 10 pm and I was already there outside and she then complained that there wouldn't be enough time when I called at 9:45pm. I was rejected and frustrated cause I had walked to get this pizza for my kids to snack on only to leave your establishment with pizza NOT in hand and your rude manager Tracy or Tricia or whoever she is was awful and unkind. It rained on me hard as i started to walk away. I called back to ask for the corporate number and then I asked her for her name and she hung up and has been rejecting my calls. I'm giving corporate a call in the AM cause this ain't sitting right with me and I got refused service cause she didn't wanna take the order with no one picking up or making an order. Their app is glitching. I ordered and it said order ready but they said they didn’t have the order. Ordered 2 more times while the app kept glitching. I would go to cart then the order was doubled, then it disappeared. The charge said pending and the order said ready but they couldn’t find it. The manager was rude and unhelpful. She basically said order again but you’re going to have to wait 45 minutes after we have already been waiting an hour because they said they found it but then never came. She kept yelling at me. Like the screw up was on y’all’s end and you’re gonna act like that. You screwed up. Fix it don’t yell at the people who you made sit for an hour and 40 minutes. I have never been yelled at by a manager like that. So they lied about having the order making us wait and then wouldn’t do anything to fix it. It is either order or carry out. There are a few outside tables. We got to support our favorite charity by eating there! (They do promotional days where 20% can go to certain charities on certain days)

We came in, literally knowing nothing. We hadn't been to Pizza Hut since we were kids, but the staff was very good about answering questions about both price and dietary restrictions, and being patient as we decided on our orders.

The price for what we wanted to eat was steeeep, but I remember all pizza being like that now-a-days. They do have deals, but it wasn't what we wanted to eat, so that was that. Our total came to about $50.

We sat outside with our dog, and the staff was very sweet about it. Raul brought our order outside to us.

The pizza was surprisingly delicious with me saying "mmm mmm mmm mmm mm" the whole time, so yeah a good reason and way to splurge on...
