It instantly puts you at ease. Check-in was seamless using an iPad, and then I met with Geraldina. She was kind, professional, and thoroughly explained the service before performing it. The treatment itself was quick and comfortable. It took about 10–12 days to see the full results, and all I can say is WOW! The spots are gone, and my hands look younger and healthier. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my eyebrows because of so much past trauma. Natasha came highly recommended and I heard she is meticulous with her work. Her reputation precedes her as they are absolutely correct. She asks all the right questions and explains to lay off certain products for a few days as I was having my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I knew that I would have to wait until the next day after waxing to see what they would really look like and I am obsessed. I will now be following Natasha wherever she goes. She’s stuck with me for life. Absolutely no one has ever been so gentle, meticulous, patient and passionate about their work. She wanted to make it perfect and will even tell you that if you’re not a fan of what she did there are others in the office that you might like better. I was recommended to LH by Rachel, and I am more than happy with my decision to follow her recommendation. LH Spa has a great ambiance, it is clean, smells great, and everyone is very professional. It is clear that they are a reliable spa for their services. I went to LH with nerves about my first time getting botox, but left feeling comfortable and happy due to Renee. Renee is extremely knowledgable about her services, and was willing to answer any questions I had. She explained the process of botox to me, and even answered questions I had about laser hair removal.
