Oriental Kitchen — Restaurant in Livingston

Food is ok but they are not friendly inside. We asked if they would bring it out to our car for curbside pick up prior to ordering. They said they would but then when we arrived lady on the phone gave me a lot of attitude when I called to let them know I had arrived. We placed the order an hour and a half before our pick up time. She confirmed my order was ready but told me I would have to wait another 20-30 mins outside if I wanted curbside pick up. Had I been informed ahead of time that they would make me wait an additional 30 mins for them to bring a prepared order out, I would have never placed a order with them in the first place. On top of it all, the lady then yelled at me to come inside to get my food and hung up the phone on me. Not a COVID friendly curbside...

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered chicken lo mein and was given shrimp. Despite the fact that I told them about how my food allergy could have seriously harmed me if I had eaten it, despite the fact that I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, the lady started YELLING at me when I asked her to give me the item for free for her error and my inconvenience. "These things happen and we're busy", was her excuse. Yes, they do, however where I come from, when you screw up, you say I'm sorry, not ARGUE with the customer. I'll never go back. Hopefully you'll never go...

I come here once in a while after walking around the oval. Only bad experience was undercooked meat when I order pineapple chicken. Like chewing into cartilage. Then yesterday food was bland and needed salt. Before going to bed I got really sick. Cold shivers. This was the only meal I ate all day. I woke up after not getting good rest and immediately threw away the leftovers. Second time ever getting food...
