We rented a violin for my daughter from them for 2 years. we bought a violin from them this year as we had accumulated credit against the rental. They sold us a damaged violin - the damage was identified by my daughters teacher. We immediately went back to the store for a replacement but nothing has been done. It’s been two months and the store hasn’t replaced the violin citing shortage. Terrible customer service, regret renting the violin from them.

We are done with Music & Arts. Here we go again chasing an order for items the system says are in stock and can be picked ked up. Some nice people truly try and help and find them in another M&A store. But then other are directly rude, do not call back triggering more wasted trips to store. It can happen once or twice but this is at least a handful of times now in a year. Done. A shame as it is otjerwise a good store witj passionate musicians but they are useless at running the store. Overall it was a good store with excellent rental service and music lessons before the general manager Nanette Smith left. Now the new management (Sarah) is not very friendly with very strict policy on the class schedule. Even my daughter was sick and they didn’t allow the 24-hour change. I have to consider to switch the studio although we have been there taking both Guitar and Drum lessons for years and the teachers are great. We need to have a music person to be in the management, not a...
