We rented a violin for my daughter from them for 2 years. we bought a violin from them this year as we had accumulated credit against the rental. They sold us a damaged violin - the damage was identified by my daughters teacher. We immediately went back to the store for a replacement but nothing has been done. It’s been two months and the store hasn’t replaced the violin citing shortage. Terrible customer service, regret renting the violin from them.
