We have had two birthday cakes from here, about a year apart. They are very expensive, over $90 for a small cake. They tend to be decorated very nicely, but the flavor itself is poor.

Last year we had a cake with a mocha coffee type flavor. It was so overpowering with a strong aftertaste that about half our guests put it aside.

This year we ordered a cannoli flavored filling. The cake was absolutely inedible. It tastes like ricotta cheese and cinnamon with nothing tasting like actual cannoli filling. It also had huge chunks of broken cannoli shell in it. Literally everyone at the party stopped eating it after a bite or two.

The owner was very nice when we called but refused to offer any money back even though we had to discard a $91 cake. They did offer 50% off a future purchase but that doesn't help when the cake was awful.

The owner later followed up that they rarely offer future credits and felt the cake was up to their standards. They may be deaf to the feedback. I've never had to throw out a cake before because every single person who tried it commented how bad it was. Why would I want a credit toward another horrible cake.

The chai was a revelation—perfectly brewed, light, and infused with a delicate cardamom flavor. The Paneer Tikka flatbread was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and incredibly satisfying. The vegan chocolate cake with strawberry compote was the epitome of decadence, rich and luscious without being overly sweet.

I ordered a mix of traditional sufganiyot and their unique Dubai chocolate donuts—and wow, they were nothing short of amazing. The sufganiyot were perfectly light and fluffy with just the right amount of jam filling, while the Dubai chocolate donuts had an irresistible richness that was absolutely decadent. We even got some gluten-free goodies that were delicious, too!

And I couldn’t resist getting a few of my favorite pancake cookies, which were equally delicious! Every treat was beautifully made with care and attention to detail.
