Wow - I can't say enough good things about Bill & Rods. We were looking to upgrade some kitchen appliances and went in November to discuss options. Larry listened to our needs and made some recommendations on which appliances would serve us best. He also informed us of a rebate going on at the time as well as an additional offer Bill & Rods was running (3% off by bringing in a toy for a toy drive). The best part, Larry was not at all pushy but only informative. We left to consider our options. After weighing the cost/benefit of going with Bill & Rods vs. other options like Costco, we returned to place our order. While Larry was great, the sales associate we placed our order through when we returned was not as forthcoming with information (I had to ask for the paperwork on how to file the rebate - he didn't seem to know it was running, this would have cost me $400 if I didn't specifically ask for it).
Regardless, a few weeks later we scheduled our delivery/installation for our appliances. Bill & Rods called the day before installation to confirm their timeframe of their arrival. They were actually slightly early on arrival day. When installing, the delivery/installers pointed out that our stove had a slight bend in the metal in the back, completely out of sight. While it's purely aesthetic and wouldn't impact the function of the stove and is out of sight once installed, we appreciated that he brought this to our attention and took photos of it to ensure it was documented with Bill & Rods. Additionally, he said he would tell the office to give us a 10% discount for the imperfection. We appreciated his honesty and offer. A few days later I got a notice that Bill & Rods refunded my credit card that 10%. I was/am very impressed that they proactively did this without any follow up from me.
I should also note that while we were in store placing our order, we were talking with another customer who praised Bill & Rod's customer service for helping him out in a pinch years prior when an order he placed through Home Depot went wrong. It seems Bill & Rods truly places customer service as their #1 priority.
My parents had been long term customers of Bill & Rods and now I plan to be too. ...

Bill and Rod's delivery team (Sal & Austin) were great. They parked as not to block in my driveway. They completely unpacked and removed packing materials outside. They were careful in bringing in product through doorway and around corner. They installed, and set up all grates. Additionally, they informed us about tip over brackets, use of self clean and initial setup. Extremely happy with entire purchase of product from Bill and Rod's. Would highly reccommend for appliance needs.
Wished we would have come to Bill & Rods initially for our appliance needs. I had read good reviews of Bill & Rods previously and we decided did not want headache of big box store. Thought would be more expensive, but found that was not the case! We were greeted upon entering, no pressure at all. Had a good amount of inventory in the store (larger than what I thought). Dave Wills was helpful in our purchase, keeping within our price range, and also measurement requirements (being in a condo). The item we wanted was in stock! Noticed many other items in stock as well!
When I indicated was not a fan of the stock griddle, he offered to include a grate at no additional cost, which he had on hand. Bonus is knowing both delievery and setup will be done by their employees. Very easy process and feel confident we made the right choice.
We initially placed order with Home Depot June 29. The "help" was less than helpful. Even though in stock, delivery not until July 20. We had to refuse one of the appliances, as it was damaged. Told we would get priority delivery on Aug 1. However, on Aug 1, the item could not be located (apparently the re-shippement was never entered). Now backordered till Sept 3. Chose to cancel item, however confirmation email showed the wrong item. Spent next 2 hours on phone with 3 different people/locations, still not...

Our experience started nicely enough. My husband called and asked for help figuring out why our washing machine wasn't working properly. The gentleman he spoke with was awesome and he went right up to get a replacement part. It didn't work, so we had to get a new one. We decided to patronize Bill and Rod's because the gentleman that helped my husband was so nice.
We went in to the showroom and it took about 30 minutes for anyone to even greet us. They were busy, but most times at the very least you'll get a hello. Not the case here. Someone finally assisted us, she was very helpful and I feel she steered us toward a quality washing machine. We ordered our machine and were told it would be in the following week (a little long to wait, in my book, but.. ) and she would call when it arrived. We never got a call. Delivery was set for Thursday on a machine we weren't even sure we were getting at this point. When you have to work, it's nice to get an approximation of when something can be expected. We were never given one. My husband had to call once to make sure they received the washer and then again to make sure it was being delivered. The delivery guy said it was scheduled, but couldn't give a time. We finally received the washer, at what I'm assuming, was the final delivery slot. Delivery people set it all up and were on their way.
Went to use the new washer... LEAKS ALL OVER THE FLOOR!!!! UGH!!! Husband will be calling to see if he can figure it out. Overall, not terribly impressed with any department, save the service department.
UPDATE: Technician was out today. OUR WASHER IS WORSE THAN BEFORE!!! There is NO way this man checked it after he "fixed it". I'm BEYOND LIVID. Now we have a brand new washer that leaks, and loose tile from all water that has leaked. What...
