BEST WAY TO START A BAD REVIEW: Would give ZERO STARS if I could.

My two vape pens weren't charging with a new charger I bought here yesterday. The gentleman with glasses was initially quite helpful and performed thoughtful (although a bit incomplete) troubleshooting, but the other guy that sold me the pen charger earlier in the day kept interrupting his troubleshooting - immediately blaming the cartridges I was using. They ended up blaming the pen battery that was not charging with the charger that they sold me - with them positing that my cartridge leaked into the battery . Then the guy that was pre-empting good troubleshooting with his premature "findings" tried up-selling me a more expensive charger! After I bought their recommended pens & charger that were bunk or no longer working!

Ended up bringing my pen batteries home, found my old charger, and lo and behold - it started charging!

So keeping score, they blamed the cartridge. Then they blamed the pen batteries they recommended and sold me earlier. Then recommended I buy more expensive garbage from them. And ultimately, i brought the pens home and they charged just fine with my old charger!

Other than this terrible experience, the place feels like a mob front. Back in the cigar smoking section you might think you're seeing Hector Salamanca overseeing his great money laundering operation. Lots of creepy feels in this place. I would...

I’m so lucky to have this store so close to my house. The staff is so incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I tend to be terrible at making decisions so I take a little longer picking something out, and they have never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured while I’m asking a million questions. They have such a variety of awesome products and promotional deals going on all of the time that I can usually find what I’m looking for a little cheaper than other places or the gas station. My fiancée has recently started getting into cigars so having the lounge and humidor with an eclectic variety makes going there just an all around pleasant experience. This wild build has great customer service but be very careful what you buy from them I made the mistake of getting one of their new Tpod kit and it worked well for one day. It became very hard to get it to vape I took it back and was told they do not give refunds for items and just because it barely worked it still worked. if you shop there you should be very leery about purchasing a high-end item from these guys because if you if you have any problems are not going to stand behind it Update. after I posted this review Wild Bill's corporate was kind enough to with contact me. I told him what my complaint was and the reply was nothing. like I said at the start of this review personally I would not buy any mods or pods for these guys that they don't...
