NO MOREâŚjust started vibing this place. Never knew the wraps were so good. Well, today was it for me. Ordered online, thought order would be on the shelf by door, wasnât. Was asked to be helped, stated I was waiting on my online order. Was told it was being made, there was a bag on the counter. A customer was at the counter coughing where the bag was. Well guess what, it was my bag. Once the bag was handed to me it was sticky and smelled like pickles. I had a buffalo chicken wrap, so the smell was weird. Get to car, my chips werenât in bag. My coke was regular I ordered a zero coke. I said let me check this wrap since my other items were missing or wrong. Wrap wasnât cut like it normally is, the paper the wrap was in was sticky and smelled like pickles. Then there was a hair on the sticky part of the wrapping paper. Take the bag back in told them I want wrap remade, the guy who makes the food and bags it came up front saying the chips were in the bag. Uhm, no they werenât and my drink was wrong.    Read moreI placed a delivery order on June 1 at this location, I was delivered the incorrect items for someone else. The driver returned to give me my alleged correct items and still did not have my order. I called the store. They said that they werenât sure what was going on, and that there wasnât a manager in to help me. So I ended up calling your customer service number to report what happened and it was told I would hear something back within a week and I never did when I spoke to the girl I thought at this location she said she would have her manager reach out to me because she wasnât sure how to proceed, the manager never called me and about a week later when I called to follow up with this order, the manager was in answer. The phone got nasty with me when I told her my issues saying that she is the manager and never heard about anything happening. I was not blaming anyone.
