This location advertises that they close at 10 pm. When I walked in 17 minutes beforehand I was treated like an inconvenience. As a previous employee in the food industry I acknowledge how aggravating it can be when someone comes in so close to closing time. However, I did not ask for my sub to be toasted nor did I ask them to cook anything. No matter what time a customer comes they should never be greeted with a dirty look, multiple eye rolls, consistent "ughhh," and mumbling underneath their breath that sounded like time. In addition to a lack of customer service, they put roast beef instead of ham on my subway melt. I felt so much like a problem that I didn't even want to say anything, which is absolutely wrong. To top it all off, as I was walking out I could hear the one talking about me. At least wait till the door is closed next time.

The store was clean and though there was a bit of a line with only 2 sandwich specialist they moved at a pace that was organized and efficient. The one thing I did notice was that the different condiments and meat trays needed restocking, but this was during lunch time. Customer service was terrific and my sandwich specialist was a great guy with a positive disposition and engaged in conversation with me while preparing my sub. My sub was great and I appreciated that he did not over heat my bun because I have had some experiences where it's been overly toasted. I had the tuna sub and even the tuna was prepared perfectly not to watery and not to dry šš So, swing by this Subway location for smiling faces, terrific customer service...

For a foot long tuna which I have always gotten, the inconsistency of being charged $7-10 dollars with odd change is aggravating. Like whatever mood they're in that day is what I pay.
