Secure Storage — Local services in Lockport

We were looking to store some things for a family member, so based on the location and all the positive reviews, we decided to give Secure Storage of Lockport a try. Not only was the price reasonable and the storage unit clean, the owner and manager Tom was absolutely wonderful. He was such a pleasure to speak with! He offered us useful information and got us into the best unit for our needs. He even let us use some 4 wheel dollies for free! Thanks again Tom, we appreciate all of your help! Great place, easy access to the units. Temperature controlled units are very limited and you have a regular house door (with a deadbolt and doorknob) but it opens into the unit so you have to leave space for the door to open. Also the vents (that keep the temperature) are on the walls and about 3 feet off the ground. The unit is tall but you aren't supposed to block the vents (at least leave 6 inches of space) so it can easily get cramped. But they offer that you can use wooden pallets to keep your stuff...
