Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Lockport

On Mother's Day 2022 my husband made a dairy queen run and waited in line 30 minutes to place his order. 1 medium Heath blizzard, 1 medium coconut milkshake and 1 medium vanilla milkshake with sprinkles mixed in. What we got was a Heath blizzard made with chocolate ice cream and was too sweet for me to eat. A strawberry milkshake shake with sprinkles which my daughter wouldn't eat because she doesn't like strawberry. And last but not least, my husband's coconut milkshake tasted like it was made with spoiled milk. Therefore the entire order went down my kitchen sink. What a disappointment 😥 and waste...

Just driving through this town decided to stop for some ice cream before hitting the highway. The staff was friendly. The food and ice cream were not good. The blizzard wasn't blended very well, and so it was basically just vanilla ice cream with toppings in it...it was weird, not a blizzard. The nacho cheese for nachos was just terrible. Went for an ice cream date at 4pm on a Monday and waited 10 minutes to even order when there’s nobody in line. Then I’m told I can’t get a chocolate dipped cone with a crunch coat? This has been my go to order for years. The cross contamination excuse makes no sense considering the crunch coat would be the last step to making the cone.
