I donāt usually post negative reviews however this situation I hope does not happen to anyone else. My stylist was Jamie I ordered extensions with her. It was a weird experience this time from the start. I was told originally the extensions would be close to $900 I communicated I couldnāt spend that much at the time Jamie said she would call the hair vendor and see if they could offer any discounts and let me know. I told her what I was willing to spend. She called back and said she was able to get 6 packs of hair for $650. I told her great letās do that. She rushed me to get the money to her so we could get the hair there overnight and get the service and my color done next day. Well the hair didnāt show up on time I have to do all my services in the same day scheduling relating to my job is time critical. On Friday I asked her what day the next week she had availability I was supposed to have an answer by end of day Friday. I never heard back from her, Sunday night I text her and again asked for a day and time. She then provided one for Wednesday. Monday morning I get a text telling me she canāt book the appointment without 50% down payment for services. After giving her $660 for the hair already and having to chase her down for an appointment time. I informed her I would not do that I had planned to pay cash upon completion of services. I offered to come pick up the product (hair) and go elsewhere with my business I was already aggravated with the run around on the hair arrival and appointment time run around. I ended up going for the appointment upon arriving she had the hair unpackaged and set up but only 4 packs and I knew that would not be enough I asked her if we did in fact have 2 other packs she said yes I never seen her put anymore hair at her station. She completed the service with the hair she had it was very thin I did have extensions previously and I was definitely not provided the 6 packs of hair I paid for. I questioned her to see the receipt from my order. She called and gave me the run around insisting she was telling the truth. I asked 6 different times for the receipt of my purchase. She stated she does not and will not provide that for me. So not only did I pay $660 for hair I paid her $375 for the install and additional $180 for my color and was told I will be asked to leave the salon if I come to speak with management about my purchase receipt. This was the most unprofessional experience Iāve ever had and it just looks dishonest overall. I did speak with one of the owners Teresa and surprisingly she offered no resolution either. Iām disappointed in the ethics and morals of this business and itās employees. The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for the customers concerns. This stylist was dishonest and misleading and it gets brushed with not one thought. If you value your money and expect to get your full service I would look elsewhere...
