Ordered a bridesmaids dress from Kennedy blue. I went by the sizing chart they had, but when the dress arrived only the waist fit. The skirt was nine inches too long, and the cups were many many times too large. The company had run a little late in shipping the dress to me so I didn't have much time to get it fixed. Taylor had it fixed for me in a timely manner and it fits beautifully now. She even took out some of the boning the day I picked it up, because when I tried to put it on, part of the boning was digging into my back, which it did not do when the dress was too big.
