Ronnie and Christina are class act people. Both love serving the public and both love music (all styles) in general, from band to ska to country to blues to pop to classical to arias to vocal performances...all types. And they are amazing to work with. Ronnie is a quality guitar repair guy. He's set up or re-set up three of my guitars, from a Fender Stratocaster to a Schecter to my most recent purchase (from RBC of course!) ESP. Christina has a great 'dry' sense of humor and though her laid back conversational voice might fool you...don't let it. She's sharp as a tack and smarter than your average cat.

But that aside, the store is just the right size to find a little center or corner nook and try an instrument out without being hassled. The staff knows just how to offer help without pressuring you. They want you to make the decision. But if you ask for help, be ready to be musically romanced.

So slide on by RBC in the Locust Town Center area some time if you are in the market for a new guitar (or other instrument because they can order it for you and probably get it faster than some online dealers can get it for you - or help you find a comparable instrument that would serve just as well as your 'dream' instrument). And should they take your instrument in the back, behind the 'emergency music' doors, you know they're going to administer fret saving intensive care! Ha! Seriously, they treat each instrument being worked on or being sold like a precious, unique, one of a kind child that could grow up to make an impact on the world. I've had a guitar restrung and reset (different gauge strings and tuning down) and it came back wiped up, oiled, and smelling new again...love these guys. Wish I could...

Always a great experience!! The customer service is SO amazing it’s really hard to walk out of there feeling good about yourself without spending a few dollars. Ronnie stays super busy, but always makes time to stop what he’s doing to answer all your questions, demo how everything works, and help you find exactly what your looking for, even if he doesn’t carry it. I could honestly go on and on regarding how amazing Ronnie and Christina are. Truly great customer service, and that is rare...

This place is AWESOME! Much better service than a big box store! Lots of guitars including Fender, Gibson, Taylor. I went up to look a PA System for my rockabilly band. They even had cymbals, drums and a huge selection of guitar amplifiers. This is a small family-owned business too and so I feel especially good about supporting smaller businesses over...
