Subway — Restaurant in Locust

Well this isn't the first time we have delt with this staff member at this location in locust nc. Her name is carley or something like that. But everytime she makes our sandwiches she seems like she has an attitude and when you ask for extra pickle or extra mayo more so the mayo it gets slung all over the sandwich. I want to eat my sandwich not wear it. But she also huffy when we ask for extra pickle or olives or even mayo. This is how it is everytime we go into this location. We would go to another one but this one is n our way home from work. I get attitude from my job don't need it when I get off work going to get dinner so I can go home wear my food from someone who seems like she does not like her job.

Well this is an update on this location. New people working still would give them a less than one star due to asking for a footlong pro and that means double the meat of what is supposed to be on the sandwich and we asked for the pros and didn't even get them. Guess it's time to stop at another subway on my way home. The employee acted like he didn't even know what a pro footlong was. Will never stop at...

First of all we are not picky eaters, but this subway is so unorganized and unprepared to serve any customers. There were no condiments, a small selection of cheese to choose from. Where the employees build your subs was just disgusting and looks like their entire shift they never did a once over on even attempting to clean it. The price for two foot long sub meals was astonishing when nothing we wanted was provided or available at this location. And don’t use the bathrooms, because they are disgusting, and you can’t wash your hands or dry them since no soap or paper towels are provided. The employee named Olivia is extremely rude and ignores customers. She deliberately ignored me when I came in, and left the other girl to make my order and the people behind me. When more people other than me walked in, she walked to the back and left the other employee upfront alone to do all orders.

I visited today, May 20th, and an extremely unhappy with the disrespect I received and being ignored completely by an employee, Olivia. This is not the only time I have seen this behavior from this specific employee and felt compelled to write a review.
