The most unprofessional and careless company that absolutely ruined my little brother's birthday party. This unorganized team was a NO SHOW that gave us no notice, did not even have the decency to make an apologetic phone call. They would not answer calls when we were left shocked and upset. After over ten minutes of our calls being ignored while my brother cried in heartbreak over the one special day he had been looking forward to for MONTHS, I finally spoke with a woman who explained they had to cancel because THEY DID NOT SCHEDULE THE PARTY. She explained their mistake was that they did not schedule the event "like they normally would." Is this an excuse or explanation? I explained over 16 children were waiting in our backyard for a LASER TAG PARTY and pleaded to find some sort of resolution, whatever it may be. The woman on the phone told me she would see what she would do and call me back "in five minutes." From there forward, no communication was made from this company and on top of that, they are not responding to our messages REQUESTING OUR REFUND! Our family is now afraid we have been caught up in a SCAM. I have never experienced a company that made such little effort towards a clearly distressed customer. For a company dealing with primarily children, I would expect some empathy as a bare minimum. It's upsetting to me that I have to give this place a star, when I believe they do not...

What an incredible day we had! Thanks to Eric's fantastic organization and infectious energy, our school's laser tag event was nothing short of spectacular. With 200 students participating, the excitement was through the roof, and Eric handled everything with such professionalism and fun!

The event provider canceled at noon on the day of my son's 7th birthday party that starts at 4pm. So they gave me FOUR HOURS notice with a text message that said "Hi. We need to reschedule or cancel. Our coach just announced he had to go in for a Covid test." There was no apology and no further explanation. They did not bother to pick up the phone and have an actual conversation with me, despite my desperate calls & text and left me hanging. How am I supposed to re-plan a party in less than 4 hours? The lack of professionalism is appalling. Zero professionalism, zero empathy and zero responsibility! I understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can happen in life, but is this the way they handle these types of situations?
