HORRIBLE PLACE!! STAY AWAY!! I purchased a mattress from them and when i unwrapped plastic from it and put it on my bed it was clearly defective/damaged, it drooped on all 4 corners, it was bumpy all around the sides and you could feel wood bulging from the sides. I called to complain about it and they told me to email them pictures of the mattress. I did.. i emailed to the email they provided me... Signaturefurniturellc@gmail.com i sent emails on 2 seperate occasions...and i never received a response...days later after waiting for a response i never received, i finally had to call them regarding my unanswered email and Frank claimed he responded to email and he told me to come in and he would replace the mattress. I went to store and he told me he would replace the mattress and have a ânewâ mattress delivered. He told me i would be getting the âsame mattressâ i originally purchased. He charged me an extra $45 to deliver the ânewâ replacement mattress to my home...When the mattress was delivered, i was not home. My husband was there to accept it. When i did see the mattress that was delivered. It was clearly not the same mattress i had before... It was about 4inches thinner, a different color and feel and It is was also defective/damaged...The mattress is warped all around and the stitching crooked around the mattress you can feel wood on edges and there are metal pieces/springs bulging out of the sides of the mattress. I did not get the same mattress i ordered. I got another defective/damaged or possibly poorly refurbished mattress...this mattress was worse then the one he replaced...I went to store to complain and the man Frank told me he would refund my money & pick up the mattress from my home. I waited all day for the mattress to be picked up....It was never picked up...i went back to store to ask how i was going to be refunded and when this horrible mattress that i did not order would be picked up. Frank then told me very nasty & sarcastic âkeep the mattress, im not returning it or refunding youâ and he walked away. He was upset because he heard me telling a women outside that i was very upset with my recent purchase and experience. I can not wait to report this place. I have receipts, pictures of both mattresses, numerous unanswered emails & his handwritten receipt to pick up and refund my money. It is disgusting they sold me a used or defective/damaged or possibly even refurbished mattress claiming it was ânewâ...and even more disgusting they replaced it with an even worse mattress!! and then had the nerve to charge me me extra money to deliver it...I can not believe this place stays in business when they clearly sell used/defective/damaged/refurbished items and claim...
   Read moreRUN!!! Moe is DISHONEST, RUDE AND VERY MISLEADING. He talks nice and tell you he understands what you want. Selected out of the catalog a nice table and tv stand. He told me the "quality is good very sturdy, I'll love it." I ordered on Fri. he said he'll call me Monday for delivery schedule. I get a call on Tuesday the delivery came the items are so cheap looking and fragil $2800. He said he would come pick it up and won't answer phone nor had he picked up furniture. I had to drop it off myself today.. He gave me a store credit. Shop at wayfair or Amazon the products are BETTER QUALITY., customer service is beyter as well too. Why would I want a store credit if you were dishonest about your product. He calls it special order, I went there on frid evening Tues afternoon it was ready to be delivered. He got that right from the Bx and had it delivered. He is the owner but he's going to pay like he's not! His name is Moe! hes not customer service friendly at all. And the product had stains on the glass, the delivery men said it was bc of the tap. I bubbled wrapped it to drop it off myself and I didn't need to put tape on the actual glass.    Read more1 star is for Rashid as he was very pleasant to deal initially on February 28. As of today my husband and I are dissapointed with the entire process of buying a very simple jewelry mirror. We were notified product was on back order which would be 30 days on February 28. My husband was notified after 30 days that we would be recieving our product in the second month of waiting. Never once was my husband notified about a 4-8 week wait when he paid in full ahead of time. When we called to check on our order we were told on more than one occassion that we would recieve a call back. No one called back. On April 20 we went back for a refund because we were displeased with the lack of response from Rashid and his staff. If you decide to frequent this establishment ensure that you ask about their return policy. That's a hassle all in itself. The staff member present first said the product needed to be delivered before a refund was issued. The man finally issued a refund via store check when my husband refused to leave without one. Overall the experience was not worth the headache and I suggest working with an establishment that is accredited.
