We go and buy two ducks, and as soon as we get home, we notice that one duck has a hole in its beak and a tiny bit of blood in it. So, we head back to the store, and the manager happens to be at one of the cash registers, holding the phone to her head. I don't say anything and wait patiently for her to finish her call, but before I could even open my mouth, she says the person on the other cash register can help. I didn't see it as a problem, but I did notice she was bothered by my mere presence there. I move on to the next register and explain my situation, and the employee right away asks the manager if it's possible for an exchange. She immediately says that as soon as the bird leaves the store, it's not returnable. So, here is my problem:
It had not been an hour since I bought the animal, and even though it's a minor damage to its beak, I don't want to spend time caring for a wounded animal that is very sensitive and could die easily. I bought it for my daughter to learn a little bit of responsibility, but not to care for a wounded animal. I have bought birds from them several times before, and I had a chick die on me after two days, and I was given a replacement chick without any questions asked. The manager's attitude leaves a lot to wonder... I was rejected from the very beginning, just by standing next to her, and she prioritized helping someone else instead of me. So, is it a racial issue because of how I look? Is she having a bad day instead of using her position to make better judgments and help customers? Whatever the case, I feel that I could have received better customer service.
Conclusion : Love the store not so much the manager. Here is pictures of my receipt to show time frame, a pic to the bird’s beak and a screen shot of Return policies on chicks. You make your...
Read moreWe went to Tractor Supply in Logan Twp. The store only had 1 of the Tractor Supply brand pellet bags for $6.99 out on the floor. So, my husband went up towards the register to see if they had any in the back. There was a staff member that was ringing people up because the registers went down. She said that there were more in the back but it wouldn't be out until the register were back up working. Meanwhile both registers that were down had a person on the phone trying to fix it. Great. However, there were staff members, (probably the cashier for the checkout line) twiddling their thumbs behind the manager on the phone. You don't need more than 1 person at the register while they are down. I go back up to Julz the person that was checking people out with her handheld computer. She was rude, pointed and told me the same thing she told my husband. I told her that I didn't need the pallet of pellets, I just needed 1 bag. I told her that it's unfair that you have pellets in the back and aren't helping the customer on the floor. We didn't buy the 1 bag because why should I support the Tractor Supply in Logan Twp. when they aren't willing to help me. While we were walking out of the store not even 2 mins later, guess what? The registers were up and and they lost a loyal customer. If I could give a 0 star...

Went to the Sicklerville location shopping for a truck toolbox on Black Friday. The toolbox I wanted at Sicklerville had a decently sized scratch on the lid. The store manager offered me a 30% discount on top of the already discounted price. We opted to try and find an undamaged one at a different location. The sicklerville manager called this location and asked them to make sure the toolbox was scratch free, to which the lady on the phone responded after a 10 minute hold “yup, looks pretty good to me.” So we took the 40 minute drive to the Logan store to get our undamaged toolbox, just to find out that the box at this store was even worse. When we showed the damage to the store manager Tom, he told us the best he could do was 10%. After we explained our situation with the sicklerville store, he bumped it to a whopping 15%. (Note, the other 15% equates to $50.) The employees at this store were very rude and Tom was the worst. We will never shop at this location again. Sicklerville can have our business from now on. The store manager at sicklervile is very helpful, friendly and cooperative. Tom is none of...
