It's always a pleasant experience going to the Verizon store in Beckett,(Logan Twn). They always take the time to answer all my questions, & give me my best options. There hasn't been 1x since this store's opening that I walked in & didn't find what I needed! They are well supplied as well as experienced. AS FAR AS SERVICE? ..VERIZON stands out Above and beyond the rest, that's for sure! I have tried them all~ talk about the ya-da-ya-da? They all have a gd sell point, until u get your first bill & all these added charges pop up you were not aware of. With Verizon you get just what you are told, NO SCAM tactics, or you all no this co.? Who charges you for the month in advance!? Or they Turn you Off! N tell u your a valued customer!? Lol I could go on about each service I've been with. Bottom line I been with Verizon for 20+ years! N I wouldnt changed unless their service did & i highly doubt it. I was allegedly provided a manager's contact information for assistance and I am still waiting for him to contact me. Additionally, his voice mail was full and I couldn't leave a message. I was provided false information on which I based a purchase costing me $200+. When I contacted the store rep about this overbilling, I was told I wasn't the first customer to have this issue and I wouldn't be the last and the staff, including the manager, were busy with other customer issues but they would get back to me. I have not heard from the store rep since 8/25/21 - despite other texts sent to him and stopping into the store. I have not ever seen such poor, shoddy customer service. Read moreI had a very complicated issue that multiple Verizon customer service agents and retailers were either unable to or refused to help me with. After days of frustration and stress, I went to this location as a last ditch effort to get some assistance. The employee Jovanni was very friendly and empathetic. Jovanni was an absolute angel and helped me so much! He was very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to check into things when he wasn't sure, which was the complete opposite of how the online customer service team was. He not only helped me solve my issue within in less then 20 minutes , but also gave me steps in case the solution did not work, AND helped us adjust a mistake on the account. I was blown away by his kindness he told us about an opportunity for me and my husband to get new phones and we pulled the trigger, but THANK YOU for helping me resolve my problem and guiding us to get a new phone!!!!
