This is the first Google review on a restaurant I have written positive or negative. I will never buy anything from this restaurant again. The customer service was the worst I have ever expienced when not being satisfied with an order. Here it goes: I ordered the French toast breakfast with scrapple as the meal included choice of meat and eggs to be delivered to my home. The scrapple was cut so paper thin to the point there was no meat in the center. I called to tell them that the scrapple was unacceptable and explained to them why. The 1st woman I spoke to asked me to hold on the line after I explained what the problem was. Another woman came on the line and asked me what was wrong. I explained that the scrapple was cut so thin that there was no meat in the center and that it was basically just fried crust. She immediately offered to fix the issue by sending more scrapple which I accepted and thanked her. Well when the scrapple arrived it was in the exact same condition as the first order if not worst. This time not only was it fried crust with no meat in the center, it was hard at a rock! I called again and told them they sent scrapple in the same condition if not worst. The woman I told this to was the second woman I talked to during my initial call so she knew what my complaint entailed. She explained their restaurant always serves their scrapple like the two orders of scrapple i received. She never told me that during the first call if she had of i would of declined the scrapple and asked for one of the other meats that are included with the meal. She offered to send another order but she said that they were going to charge me $4 and some change for it. Things really started going down hill at this point. I explained i shouldn't be charged anything because first of all, the meat is included with the meal. Even if it was a side order I shouldn't be charged if they are offering to rectify the situation. Secondly she didn't tell me during the first complaint call that their scrapple is always served in that fashion so why would I ask for another order of scrapple. Lastly, she started getting flustered when she stated that all restaurants serve scrapple that way and I disagreed. Im not no young chicken by any means and ive been living in the tri-state area for ALL of my life and never have received scrapple like that. If she had of told me that when I initially complained I would of asked for a different selection of meat, which I told her thiis. Ok...why would I pay $4 for a meat selection that is included with the meal and the restaurant evidently agreed that my complaint was valid and respected it by offering to replace it in the first place? At this point I asked for a full refund and she said she would only refund me $ 4.00. I asked to speak to the manager and she goes on about her father owning the restaurant. She puts him on the phone and he immediately starts going on about that they serve all their scrapple like the order i received and I couldn't receive a refund. I tried explaining to him the entire situation because it didn't appear that he completely understood, but he kept abruptly cutting me off by going on about thats the way they serve their scrapple. When I kept asking him to let me explain he hung up. I had to throw both orders of scrapple away and I was looking forward to eating that scrapple. The entire encounter put a bad taste in my mouth both figurelly...

Despite their hard work in preparing delicious food for patrons, the cooks have been subjected to disrespect and abuse by the owner. A disturbing incident occurred last week, resulting in the involvement of law enforcement and a formal report. (Videos can be provided) I am deeply troubled to learn that employees are being compensated under the table at an unfair hourly rate, with inadequate lunch breaks and only one unpaid vacation week per year.
I strongly advise against supporting this business until these egregious issues are addressed. If you would like to offer support or assistance regarding the recent incident, please do not hesitate to contact me. Furthermore, I intend to report these violations to OSHA, as the preparation of food at an off-site location compromises food safety protocols and poses a risk to public health.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlways order from here but tonight I ordered 20 dry rub ranch wings and they came delivered with no dry rub on them. I'm guessing it's the owner who I talked to on the phone when I called to nicely say they didn't put any seasoning on them. He said he did then himself and he knows he put it on so maybe it soaked in.. I mean last time I checked dry rub doesn't soak into a fried wing. I get these every time and have never had this happen. Posting a pic of the 20 wings with no seasoning and then a picture of when I've ordered them before! Complete difference. Also I didn't get my side of ranch either. For 30 wings total. I'll also add that our last order about a month ago I ordered a Cobb salad and it had no blue cheese but I didn't say anything and just thought it was a mistake or they ran out.. won't give this place another try after several times or trying. Disappointed.... UPDATE: I got new wings sent to me and sent the others back with driver, this time the wings had an obnoxious amount of seasoning on them.. I get beggars canāt be choosers but why couldnāt I get the same amount as the other 4 times I ordered haha! Also, the owner called asking why I gave a 2 star review which is beyond obscene to me.
