Honestly if I could give 0 I would.
Here is what we get from this shop. I sent my pc in for some BSOD issues and then decided I'll upgrade a few things. They gave me a price I paid for the parts and updates in advance. I never get any update on what's going on and had to call a few times over 2 weeks. They said the parts will be here on Tuesday then it's they won't be in till the 14 of Nov. OK n problem I'll go buy them from a local bestbuy and bring it in. When I get there I call and ask if a specific part will work and thwy aid yesr ats fine take it in and they said it will take 10-15 min to do after 5 min they come out and say my case is to small and I need a bigger on. OK how much and we agree on a price.... All tho I called and asked if it woild work. We'll after about 2 hours they come back out and say we got you done but we put your AIO in upside down you can just go home and flip it. No I paid you guys to do it so please do it so I said OK took another 20 minutes.
I have been gone since I got my pc back from them and just started looking at things in side the case and there is thermal paste all over the motherboard and ram and the new aio i had them put in. That's not even the best part I plug in my new graphics card power everything on reset all my settings and it starts to smoke. Yup one of the wires to the aio is now fried. Thank you guys for taking my money and giving me this amazing opportunity to work with some one else next time.
Oh and by the way my SSD NO LONGER IS WORKING.
UPDATE IT HAS BEEN A WEEK SINCE THE OWNER HAS SEEN THIS AND STILL HAS NOT REACHED OUT. MAKE THE FIRE BIGGER

Read moreI took a laptop in that wasn't recognizing second hdd, I explained everything I did to troubleshoot it myself I gave up. The owner is the one who helped who said lets make sure the hdd is still functional which was unfortunately dead. I then asked if he has a spare so I could make sure that my laptop connection was still ok and he stepped out, grabbed a new drive, plugged it in and tested it for me which worked so I would know the only issue was the drive going bad. I then thanked him and asked how much it would cost. It didn't take very long but still took probably 12-15 and he said it would cost nothing, that diagnosis is usually free and the repair is when he charges (may be different based on the issue, but how it was in this instance.)

Read moreThey just took 50 bucks from us plus took the old parts and literally just said "you just had to push it (the new parts) in harder". It took literally less than 10 minutes for them to diagnose the problem and push the loose parts in. They should not have charged that much for that process, and they definitely should have not taken away to resell the old (still functioning) parts. (Parts being ram upgrades). This place is a scam and obviously doesn't care about actually helping people. Walked several miles (in the snow) there and back just to be scammed.
