In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Logan

We were some of the First customers that day we went in for some Burger 🍔 & Fries 🍟. In & Out has only been in Logan 14 days now since the Grand Opening. I have to say that this was the NICEST Staffed In & Out Burgers I've ever been in. SERIOUSLY.. I'm from Southern California where fights break out in line because they are so long & people's patience is thrown out the window It's so refreshing to come to a Town where everyone is nice & welcoming 🙏🏼. This Staff was really fast despite the drive thru filled with tons of cars weaving around the parking lot. Our cashier was super cool 😎 👌🏽 Nice & friendly. She even LOVED my graphic T-shirt ❤️.. So thank you very much. The food was fresh & HOT 🔥 & so we're the fries 🍟. I'm used to getting cold to Luke warm in California because there is always a ton of people & orders to do. The dining room staff was friendly & polite & even got me some napkins after I told him I was disabled. They treated my Mom & Auntie with kindness & respect as well. Example was they asked if we were from here ? I guess we stood out.. lol Just a friendly group of people who were happy you chose to come in & eat here at their establishment Just a wonderful meal & experience. You guys should all be very proud because there must've been 20 to 30 workers in that kitchen & prep area & they were all hustling to get our food out nice & hot. This trip to Logan I will NEVER FORGET. I also know whenever I am in the mood for a great juicy Cheeseburger 🍔 I am coming back right here & giving you guys my business. You earned my 5 star 🌟 rating that's for sure. Thank you again In & Out Burgers & I truly mean it when I say you guys are the best..cleanest.. kindest.. & friendliest one I've eaten in. In-n-out is pretty good considering the price other than that it's just okay. Been there 4 times now to give it a good chance here in logan and I've had my share of in-n-out outside of the valley to know that they are all the same. I've ate at the Ogden location as well as some in Vegas and they are all okay. Pricing is great so if you want a cheap burger and first you're gonna get it. Burger almost always tasted cold from all the lettuce and tomato on it. Fries on the other hand are just awful at every location. It tastes so stale I don't even know how they could get fries wrong on this level. Now I have gotten the "secret menu" everytime.. What I have to say to that is this. If you have to order from a secret menu to get good food from a fast food place then why would I go there. It seems very odd to keep away most of the menu. Even so getting animal style fries is gonna make the awful fries any better. Your just putting a bunch of random stuff on top of bad fries. The burger is at best a double double animal style. But even after the wait and the blood sweat and tears of the workers that made my food it just isn't worth it. Especially that there are better options around town for roughly the same price point. I don't get the hub bub about in-n-out but who ever likes it toodles to them. You can have it all you want. 3 stars because price is very cheap and that's nice. If they charged and more than they did I would definitely drop it to a 2 star. The quality is not...

OK so I’m going to give the review that y’all would give if you were to be honest. I’ve been eating @ In-N-Out nearly my whole life. It was never a 4 out of 5 stars. This new restaurant opened up in Logan Utah so I gave it a shot and I came today to give it a second chance. So here’s the reality of it: the buns are not super fresh. The fries are hot, but are dry & chewy. The onions on the burger we’re also chewy. The beef is always overcooked, which is to health code standards of course. The best part of the place is the staff, the beautiful nostalgic building, uniforms and the way they keep it so clean. It is very noisy in the restaurant. You could hear them banging out the fresh cut fries which sounds like a factory. Once the fanfare wears off for a few months or for Logan Utah, a few years this place will just be another burger joint. The price is more than affordable and just a star above McDonald’s. This is only my opinion, though I’ve traveled all across the Pacific Northwest all the way to the coast. To some of you out there this review might seem harsh and not accurate.
