TLDR: if you are looking to pay more than what you are contracted for whatever trumped up charge or underhanded sleight they can find, this is the place for you.
I am going to spare you the details of a sub-par apartment building with plenty of problems in each unit to strike more fully at the heart of the problem Concept Property management faces regarding their Forest Gate and University Pines properties: greed and carelessness. Brooklyn and Bergen--only two faces of management you will see if you are foolish or misinformed enough to lease with them--are splendid individuals with a genuine desire to help. However their desire is bastardized by some faceless entity that lords over the property with an iron fist. Twice I have had to pay because of policy changes this entity enacts without informing any of the residents. Once because a suspicious parking spot that they announced on mass text to be legal was later quietly redacted and once again after being forced to move out due to a two week cleaning period and forced to pay a second deposit once returning to the apartment they forced us out of. I'm not the only one, speak to the residents, they all have similar stories. Whoever is over Bergen and Brooklyn needs to be replaced. I asked for a name and was told "Caitlyn", so please for the good of all involved, find a nice place for Caitlyn to work where she does not get to live out whatever sick power fantasy is playing in her head.
Edit: I am genuinely concerned that they are going to find another charge for me as a consequence of writing this review. I would not put it past them. That's how little faith I have in the humanity of this...
