Controller Game Lounge — Local services in Loganville

So I went here mostly for the social aspect, cuz I was coming with a group of friends. All I wanted to do was play air hockey ;cuz I really like air hockey. And their air hockey table was so bad, like the disc was so small and flimsy that anytime you would hit it, it would just fly off the table. And don't get me started on the games. All they have are PS4 and Xbox games, and most of them are free. Like I'm talkin Fortnite Battle Royal, Roblox, brawlhalla, and there VR isn't good either. They don't have the good games like Beat saber or Pavlov. They just have once again FREE GAMES like VR Chat and rec room. And the board games are just meh~ I felt like I was at my Grandmas house not gonna' lie. They have chess and checkers and even Connect Four. But like, who goes to an arcade to play board games? All in all I just had a really bad experience, and I do not believe it was worth 30$. The worst part is I told them I wasn't enjoying my time and that I didn't think I got my moneys worth. So I asked for a refund, and they told me that "me not thinking I got my moneys worth" was a good enough reason to refund. Even though I didn't use even 30 minutes of my 4 hour pass...

My boys had a great time! We came on Christmas Eve I just wanted to get the kids out the house for a fun day before Christmas. They had Christmas decorations up which added a special touch to the place. My youngest boy has autism so I didn't know how he would respond with the lights and music. The owner was very friendly and accommodating knowing I had an autistic child. She turned down the music and put Cocomelon on the big screen, while big brother played Xbox, Air Hockey, and Jenga. We recently celebrated our son’s 10’th birthday party at Controller Game Lounge. To say it was awesome is an understatement! The kids absolutely loved the setup and various options for play during our two hours. All the latest video games and systems plus VR, board games, oversized Jenga, Connect Four and Air Hockey tables were all a hit!! Mr. and Mrs. Ellis have a very nice place for kids to enjoy time with a small or large group. Also, the place is spotless! Very clean!!
