Me and my friends came in on a Thursday afternoon after hitting the gym, looking for a good meal to eat. No other customers besides us were inside, which is to be expected, given the time we came in. They seated us and took our orders. After being given the food, one of my friends wanted some sauce. He tries talking to the young lady maybe 5 feet in front of him whose back is turned. "Excuse me," he repeats, about ten times before my other friend starts talking louder and also saying "excuse me." Mind you, there is no other noise in the restaurant besides us; they don't play any music or anything, which is fine, but they should've been able to hear us. We never got the woman's attention, and she went into the back. Either she was using earbuds and didn't hear us, or she ignored us. Eventually, my food comes out and I ask the elderly lady (different person than the one we called out to) for some sauce. The friend who wanted sauce also asks because he wanted two and not one. She gets us the sauce promptly. Typically, sauce isn't charged, but this time it was, which was semi-surprising to me. We ordered fried rice combination meals and a couple of soups. The food wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad. We finish our food, and we all split the bill by person. I go up and ask if I could pay, and I give the elderly lady my card. The cash register is faced away from the customer, by the way, so she turns around and does some stuff with the machine and gives me back a customer copy receipt and two receipts stapled together, which is the store's copy. She tells me to sign the receipt and put the total. On both receipt copies, she also added an 18% tip, which I didn't choose. I personally would've tipped maybe 5-10%, but for the service we got, I would never tip 18%. She also added the 18% tip on everyone else's receipts. My friend, who only had about 40$ on his card, was outraged. He immediately asked to get the tip removed on his receipt, since he was paying for his cousin, as well. They removed the tip on his receipt and he signed it. And, in his words, he put "0 for tip and 35.83" for the total. He paid and then left. Later, he told us that they charged him 42.28, which was the total with the 18% tip. I went in the car with another one of my friends because he lived close to me. His mom told us about how they went to this place before, about a year ago, and how they spent around 100$, but later when she checked her bank account, they charged her 120$ without telling her. The only reason this place is 2 stars and not 1 star is because of the atmosphere, which was pretty good. The pricing isn't that bad, but the tips in comparison to their service was horrible. For us being the only people in the restaurant at the time, we should've gotten somewhat decent service, but all we got was slapped with 18% tips without our consent and behind our backs. The photo is my friend's account who got overcharged.

This Asian cuisine restaurant has been here for quite awhile and I’ve always wanted to try it but hasn’t worked out until today. I stopped in for lunch and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and valued as the service was perfection! I sat at the bar where the sushi chef was busy in front of me with the sushi was in a display case. Immediately a server greeted me and got my drink order and brought out menus, lunch specials and dinner menu. I ordered from the dinner menu. The order was served quickly and right on time after finishing my soup which was oversized to me. Then my entree was served just as I finished my soup, which was delicious (hot and sour). I got the broccoli and chicken and again a very large portion. I let him know right away that I would be needing a to go box. It too was delicious. To summarize the food was great only exceeded by the service I received. I will definitely be back soon. Can’t believe I missed coming here for over two years. Thanks Suki for an awesome experience!

First time eating here after driving past for last 5 years. I was surprised by how nice the interior is. Staff was friendly. Hibachi steak (no grills, everything is cooked in the back) was mediocre as it was chewy and gristly. However the flavor was awesome and cooked exactly as I ordered it. Soup and salad both were fantastic. The sushi was pretty good (if a little steep) and the rolls (dancing salmon, out of control roll and spider roll) were beautiful when they came out. Was impressed by the number of different rolls. Candace our server was awesome and took excellent care of us. Will definitely be back for more sushi and to try their Chinese food.

I would rate this a zero if i could!! Be carful if you choose to have your food deliver cause the driver will tip himself. I placed a 2 orders from this place in the same week. I gave a tip for one of these orders already. I went to check account and they charged me $3 additional for both orders!!! I didn't sign or approve for that much to be taken off. That's fraud!! They did this twice in the same week!!! Both orders were only a day apart. If your going to steal then be smart about it. You choose to do this on the same address and the SAME DAMN card TWICE...these people are bold! I went over there demanding for the owner and my money back and the hostress who was blonde and white was rude and unhelpful. She was trying to say that they didnt add the delivery fee in yet and thats the reason of the charge. THAT MADE NO DAMN SENSE!! SHE TALKING ABOUT ITS A $2 DELIVERY FEE BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED $3 ADDITIONAL. SO IM NOT STUPID!! It is only when i had to get loud when the manager comes. THEY WERE TRYING TO TELL ME IT WAS A MISTAKE BUT I TOLD THEM THAT I READ ONE OF THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS SO CALLED MISTAKR HAS HAPPENED. He called the driver over and you can see in his face that he was guility. I feel sorry for all those who have order from...

Not sure where to begin with how horrible the service is at this restaurant. It took more than 10 minutes for anyone to greet us when we arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently as we were the first to arrive at opening. We were finally seated. Two other families came after us, but unlike us, were seated promptly. Then the server came out and attended to the other tables before us. I waited for the server to finish taking the orders at the other tables before raising my hand to get her attention. When she proceeded to come to our table finally, the manager/ host whomever, walked over to her angrily and told her to attend to the people that were just coming in. We then realized that we were purposely unattended to and I guess we didn’t look like the other families so we were not worthy of being served. What a terrible establishment. My daughter talks about the terrible experience often. I feel so horrible that an innocent child had to experience being treated like she wasn’t as important as everyone else. Very painful. What a disgusting and despicable person and...
