I have to say, wow! I was blown away at the amazing grand opening of the flagship store yesterday!! I was so excited to go and I knew I would walk out of there with some amazing pieces! I’ve been a fan of NISWA for a long time now and I’ve always gotten compliments on their items, so seeing a store open up to make the shopping experience even better…I was so excited! It was cool to see a line out the door and wrap around! Yes, I say that because wow..everyone showed up!! I got inside pretty quickly and first thing I noticed was the hijab wall display! Immediately I saw a dress that I’ve been eyeing online for a while and thankfully they had my size :)! A visit to the store is a must, they have many racks of beautiful dresses and outfits for all occasions and even some accessories!
Yesterday, I knew the grand opening would be busy, but wow it was packed MashAllah! Yes, did I wait in line for awhile? Yes..but it was worth getting great pieces and seeing all the excitement around me was a blast. I have to commend Humaira and her staff because they stayed calm when the line was getting long and helped every customer. Not everyone will understand a long line but , opening day for a business can get a little chaotic, it’s all part of the fun and when that happened everyone who worked their including Humaira checked in on customers in the line and made sure to help get items for their customers. You could see them make a genuine connection with each and every customer which was fantastic. I was lucky enough to get a SWAG bag and how thoughtful!
I had a wonderful time at the grand opening and even got some delicious matcha from Khushbrewchi.
I can’t wait to go back and shop for some more beautiful dresses and hijabs. Love that they have a store...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience at their grand opening. There was a complete lack of communication with customers. They advertised a swag bag for the first 50 people in the door but failed to mention that you actually had to spend $250 to receive one. In reality, the bags were tiered based on how much you spent, something that was never communicated beforehand.
The event itself was poorly organized. Many people arrived as early as 8 a.m., thinking it was first come, first served, only to find out later that the bags were given to the first 50 people to check out, not enter. This caused chaos, with people rushing in, grabbing random items, and immediately checking out just to qualify.
On top of that, none of the items had price tags, so you had no idea how much you were spending until you reached the register. Overall, the event was confusing, misleading, and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend attending their future events based on...
Read moreI don’t think five stars adequately expresses my appreciation for Niswa Fashion.
On the day of my event, my original dress from another store didn’t get delivered, and I was in full panic mode trying to find something hours before. I reached out to Niswa Fashion, and Humaira went above and beyond to help me. Literally the same day of my event.
Even though her store was closed, she still made it possible for me to come pick up a dress. She was so kind, patient, and understanding, truly one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Her one act of kindness completely turned my day around, and made my whole event. I’m so grateful for how accommodating she was because the dress was truly the star of the night. The quality of the dress was so good too.
She genuinely cares about her customers and deserves all the success in her business. If you’re looking for a beautiful modest dress and a brand that actually cares about you, I can’t recommend...
