Rudest service from the manager. I am not sure if I have his name correct but Andhy was on duty manager on 03/05/2022 evening. I ordered two large cheese pizzas online from their parking lot and forgot to add toppings. I went to the store right away and requested to add them. I also mentioned them that I will pay an additional amount that will cost me for the ingredients. The cashier said yes we will add it. Then the cashier went in to let his manager know to add them because the manager was making the pizza. The manager disagreed to add them and sent his coworker out to let me know. When I asked the cashier to call your manager, the manager did not come out instead he was speaking loudly in Spanish to his coworker. I am not sure, how the hack he became a manager if he can't speak to a customer to handle certain situations. His behavior as a manager was not so great. Also if he wants to say something, he could have spoken to me but instead, he was talking in Spanish so I am not sure what he was talking about. Little Caesars team also can check the camera how far he was talking to me and yelling in Spanish. He better learn treating customers correctly. This type of behavior can cause customer relationships with the company.
Now the pizzas that he made. He made my pizzas the worst ever. I felt that he was taking his acts of revenge on my pizzas for no reason. Some parts of pizza did not have cheese on them although I ordered cheese pizzas. Also, half part of the pizza was very very thick and some parts were very very thin. I don't think pizzas should be made like that. I also have the pictures. I just could not upload them with my review. I can provide the pictures when needed with Little Caesars team.
No one was wearing a mask in the store. Manager did not have a mask on so, when he was speaking loud anything could go into the pizza from his mouth. Seems like they just don't care about their customers.
I could not go back to that store right away to change it or replace it because I live very far from that store.

Read moreThis is the second time I have had this exact same issue. We ordered cheese sauce pretzel pizza. I am allergic to tomatoes. So of course we didn't order the regular pizza sauce. The last time we were there, we got all the way home and I took a bite only to find out there was actually red sauce. We immediatley called them to complain and they stated "oh yeah we don't have cheese sauce." Didn't tell us when we ordered, didn't apologize, and told us to drive back and give them the pizzas if we really wanted the refund. So we packed back up. And drove back to this place.
We decided we wanted pizza tonight. Ordered as usual, my pizza specifically with the cheese sauce because ALLERGIES. My boyfriend gets the pizzas, they say everything is in order, brings them out to the car- his pizza isn't even the right crust. Open mine? Of course. Red sauce. At this point we are MAD. He goes in and obviously points out the fact that these aren't what we ordered. They go in the back and you can hear them talking to one another saying that they don't have cheese sauce, what do they do? GUYS. YOU CANNOT JUST MAKE WHATEVER YOU PLEASE. PEOPLE CAN GET SICK FROM THIS. I will be reporting this to the Little Cesar's Corporation, as this location is going to cause some harm one day.

Read moreHad one of the worst experiences as I accompanied a friend to pick up an order made via the app and I was shocked at how unprofessional one of the male workers were including the manager of that specific shift (11/10/19). My friend tried to explain that the order was incorrect but a male worker in the back came out raising his voice and was making aggressive gestures. Very awkward experience as it was in front of several other customers. To make matters worse, the manager was no different. Way to de-escalate situation (sarcasm). I remember arms and voices getting raised and them saying "It's whatever." Not sure what personal problems these people had going on but it's never right to take it on a customer. Only added to previous experiences at this location which 8 out 10 times will get even basic orders wrong. Definitely not going back.
