The staff were not friendly in the least. (I'm sure bad life choives had something to do with it but don't take it out on the customers.) The music play in from the back line was drowning out the ability to conversate in the lobby area. (Bon Jovi was not that good of a band to be played that loud.) The 80 pound tweaker that was trying to qualify for the fast food Olympic team was amazing to watch but kinda scary to see handling my food. The food that was served came off of a steam table sitting next to the register and was warm at best. The chicken was chewy like it had been cooked the night before. (I never seen the lady wash her hands after handling the money and she wore no gloves.) It is pretty safe to say, I will never visit this establishment again ... Ever.... Ever... My advice to you. Keep it moving. There is a few other places around the corner. I'm not sure what they are exactly, but it will definitely be better. (Side note: I tried one bite of the chicken and just ate the biscuit and called it quits. Grabbed a burger at Wendy's down the road. Why didn't I ask for a refund, I didn't want to interrupt the sing along of, " Living on a prayer." in the back and afraid I would get stabbed by speedy the tweaker.) Safety...
Read moreI spoke my oder to the young girl in the front. I said I wanted the 20 piece, she rung me up for 12 peice. I was willing enough to let that go. Even when I tried to get it corrected it seemed like ot was a problem . Even tho I tried to pay the difference they were just to busy to help oblige me. I asked for the country gravy and this was said I would get country gravy not brown gravy. I was asked at the end of placing my order again, country gravy is what you want. I said yes. So now this is twice country gravy brought up. I got home opened up my families meal and we have brown gravy. They were to busy to pay attention to my order. Or even make it right. I called and said something about the negligence of customer service. They said they could only replace the gravy. That's alright with me but why would I come back after driving 10 miles home for my food to be cold, Pack family back in the vehicle for gravy. It's alright I just will not eat there again. They won't make something right with you. The teenage workers are more worried about laughing and giggling with each other jamming to music than actually serving the customer. You guys really need to teach customer service. Good food,...
Read moreWe've never been to a Bojangles before, and the first impression wasn't the best. The food was actually pretty good for fast food (we had the chicken sandwich with fries), but the service was terrible. It was completely disorganized, with seemingly no one stationed anywhere, so everyone was just moving all over. The only one not really moving was the store manager, who was just hanging out at the drive-thru and not paying attention to the train wreck happening in the dining area. We waited about 30 minutes for our food and had to request new fries because they were set on the tray shortly after we ordered. It took a couple more minutes to get our drink cups. There were people that had been waiting for over 40 minutes, and one couple was still waiting after we left. The employees blamed the slow orders on how busy they were, but the only reason why there were as many people in line as there were was because it took so long to the orders finished. In fact, another reason an employee blamed the wait was because they didn't have the chicken ready for the chicken sandwiches, but we pointed out that behind him were 5 sandwiches that had been made over 10 minutes earlier just...
