Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in London

This London KY location has been on the decline since the pandemic started but yesterday was the last time they’ll get my money. The chicken was tiny, a strange color and look at that tomato. I wish I had of taken pics of the filthy dining room. Gravy spilled all over a booth seat with the cup still on it as countless staff passed by it. Every single table needed cleaned and nobody did such during our visit. The fries were tiny bits and pieces. We waited 6 minutes for anyone to take our order at the counter while one of the cooks talked to us to keep us occupied. There were plenty if staff on deck and the dining room wasn’t busy. I wish this were my only bad experience here but it’s been a couple of years worth. You guys are going to make someone ill if your kitchen is half as bad as the rest of the place. It used to be so nice and the food was great. I’ve heard the same complaints from many people. I hope the right people see this and get this establishment...

In the past this Dairy Queen was the best place in London to get an ice cream. However, lately it seems that the quality of their blizzards have greatly decreased. While the first half of the blizzard may have the brownie bits, cheesecake bits, etc.. (whatever you have ordered), as you make it to the second half there is nothing but the vanilla ice cream. They do not mix their blizzards well at all--which is highly disappointing. I would much rather go somewhere else where I will be sure to get exactly what I'm paying for. In addition they never fill their royal blizzards like what is shown on the menu. While the filling on the menu reaches from the top of the blizzard to almost the bottom, the actual blizzard you will purchase may only have a few bites of the filling at the top and that is it. Over all as a restaurant known for their ice cream, namely the blizzard, I think they should really step it up and make their blizzards...

My husband and I went through the drive thru on our way home from TN just to get something quick. When at the speaker the lady kept saying “is that all” after we would say something. Then got to the window to pay and the girl was sitting down looked like she hated her life and just gave us our total. Then got to the window to grab our food and we had to remind her what we ordered. By that time we got our food and drove off and realized they didn’t give my husband utensils for his breakfast platter thing I can’t remember what it’s called now but they forgot the gravy as well that was supposed to come with it. I ordered a chicken gravy biscuit combo and they forgot my hash brown as well. Overall I would avoid this place at all costs. I know it’s fast food and you can’t expect the best but this is by far the worst service I’ve...
