Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Long Beach

There are many reasons why I can hate and love fast food. But I love this Jack in the box for a couple different reasons.

1. the other day when I came to pay for my food, the girl at the drive-thru let me know the people in front of me paid already for my stuff.. naturally I had to pay for the stuff for the people behind me... And luckily both totals were only about $0.25 apart. I thought that was nice because that could make a really big difference in somebody's day, trying to feed their kids or not having too much money.
2. it's located in one of the nicest last parts of Long Beach. And it's almost not really that busy ever... Or at least it's not as busy as the McDonald's next door.
3. the food quality is fine, the variety is outstanding.. and I love it because you can drive in or walk in and get your food very quickly. They also have coupons you can use that come in the mail and you save a little bit more money
4. the ladies that work the drive-thru are probably the nicest ladies I've ever met in fast food. I don't know what it is about this particular restaurant but they just seem really nice maybe it's to me I don't know... but they handle their business quickly and well, they always have a smile, and I'm happy to be there customer.

This is one of the best run places in my neighborhood.

Frequently gives wrong items or has items missing from orders. Staff can be argumentative even if proof is shown that what you received is incorrect and issues are rarely followed up on when complaints are made on site or on jack in the box website. Unsweetened tea can smell and taste VERY bad and when complaints are made their answer is that you should order the sweet tea or that the unsweetened tea is supposed to smell and taste like that (it's not, and isn't like this at other locations). Issues are becoming more frequent at this location, it's worth driving to a different local...

Everything at this Jack-in-the-Box I went to was just horrible and I go every month or so just to see if it changed I don't know why I keep giving my money away. If you get a burger the buns are always stale the hamburger meat Patty itself is dry and cold pretty much all the food it's just gross. They need to get a franchise owner and if they have one Jack in the Box needs to take their lease away and bring back...
