This location has messed up on my orders before but gave them time and seemed like it was getting better. Today as I placed my order a customer let the manager know that the mashed potatoes had to much salt. They offered him a side order and carried on. I had ordered mashed potatoes as well. So silly of me I figured they checked it before serving another customer. To my surprise it wasn't the potatoes it was the gravy. I got up and told the manager she said they knew and it wasnt the gravy it was the potatoe!! They gave me a some of "new" potatoes. As I tried it tasted worst than the 1st one. I got up and told her again. Maybe not knowing that I knew spanish she told the cook that it still didnt taste good. He was advised since it was the potatoes he did new ones leaving the gravy. She finally tried it and to her surprise the customers were correct. They gave me a new mashed potatoe. By this time I was already half way done. I guess they figured I liked gravy that they put a lot more and my 3rd batch than the potatoes. My question is if the 1st customer complained about it why wouldn't you check before serving someone else. As the 1st customer walked out he said thanks for not letting him feel stupid. Read moreThis El Pollo Loco was the third my wife and I had drove to because the other EPL's didn't either have the sides or chicken. As we drive up to their El Pollo asked politely if they had available all the sides. Martha the drive thru person answered yes. So I began my order. A 3 piece and a 4 piece with sides the had. Each time she repeated back my order I struggled to hear. She got the sides wrong, so I repeated my order. Finally I apologized and told Martha it was hard to hear her. She then began to yell through the speaker. It was embarrassing and rude. She sounded very frustrated. Initially we were very happy to be there because my wife and I wanted El Pollo Loco. I felt scolded for apologizing to her that it was difficult to hear her. I am super polite to anyone who is preparing my food. I will not take any chances. That's why I am sharing this after the fact. Juan came to the window. Martha would not even look at us. Juan was very polite and courteous. Juan deserves accolades. We didn't mention anything to Juan about the incident. We paid and went home. The chicken was okay. A bit dry. No seasoning. I now feel it's better to just buy a rotisserie chicken from Walmart and make our own side then to go to another El Pollo Loco. You live...
Read moreI just went to pollo loco the Manager has bad attitude the way she talks to her employee's in front of customer's is very disrespectful and especially because she is the Manager I expected good Customer service but instead she gave me attitude and was talking to me like she knew me.. it was a horrible.. the cashier who is a male was very nice and answer my concerns and is very polite ..i felt bad for him because the way the Manager was rushing him in front of the customer's and giving attitude as she served customer's food was horrible i had to let her know how I felt right in front of the of customer's that she is very unprofessional she should get fired nobody should be working with anybody that is disrespectful in any way and this is not the first time she does this it's been several times...i just want to tell the the cashier he was doing a great job and thank you for the good Customer service on his part... and to quit his job lol it's not...
