*UPDATED / REOCCURRING CLIENT : I have been going to JMarie since 2022 and I love this place! I have been going to Hanna and she is absolutely amazing! I have gotten the Glow Getter Facial from her and a few of the Acne facials and today I’m leaving with my Chem Peel! She is so informative and makes sure that aftercare instructions are very clear! Hanna is kind and my go to girl here at JMarie!

04/04/2024 —————————— A little over a year ago I walked into Jmarie skin studio so sad, scared, confused and most of all I felt very insecure in my own skin. I cried during my consultation (I am a very emotional person - no shame). Not only did Jessica console me but she made me feel beautiful regardless of my painful cystic acne. Jessica educated me on what I CAN control. I now go once a month (or once every few months) to get an Acne facial from Hanna. About a week ago I got a “Glow Getter” facial with Hanna (vitamin and enzyme products) and it made my skin feel so DEVINE. I am still glowing! The services that I have gotten here include: 1- Skincare consultation 2- 3 chemical peels 3- Lip Filler 4- Reoccurring facials AND I always get my skincare here. This team here is truly special, kind and honest. Hanna is truly beautiful inside and out, super friendly and makes your skin feel the best it ever has! I love this place so much! I will never leave and I will always recommend to the people I love and care about. 10/21/2023 I am so thankful that I found this skin studio! The staff is so kind and Jessica has a true heart of gold! I went in for a consult for injectables a few weeks ago and she was so kind. She listened to any concerns or questions I had (I’ve never had fillers or a Botox before so I was a little nervous) and made me feel so comfortable I scheduled an appointment for fillers in December! Today, I received a hydra facial from Charlotte and it was amazing! My skin has never glowed or felt healthier like it does now. Charlotte is extremely personable and made me feel beautiful in my own skin. I’ve been struggling with acne and it’s put a damper on my confidence and just made me feel disgusted. Charlotte truly helped me feel at ease and comfortable. She was very thorough, and explained what she was doing before she did it. Thank you for making me feel beautiful again. This experience was priceless and I’m going to schedule another hydra facial and chemical peel with Charlotte soon! I am looking forward to all my future visits at J Marie Skin Studio. Jessica does such a great job! I'm very picky about who works on my skin, so prior to finding JMarie I went to 3 other salons in Longmont and I had a problem with all 3 from unprofessional to bad results to lack of cleanliness. I was totally up for paying a little more since JMarie was the only one I could find that I actually liked. So far, I haven't been able to find another salon in Northern Colorado that even compares.

I first went in before my wedding in 2019 and complained of pitting/scarring in my skin and acne. She developed a plan for two sessions of microneedling with stem cells, botox a month out, then an O2 facial, dermaplanning, and lash lift & tint 1 week out. The microneedling did wonders for my face, I only wish I had done it sooner. The pitting is way less noticeable and more shallow, I've had it over 10 years so it was a huge difference in my skin. I also texted her the products I was using at home and she told me which ones to stop using (super helpful and didn't push her products on me since she knew I was on a budget). I did botox yesterday, it hasn't set in yet but she totally listened to what I wanted and when she suggested I do some around my eyes and I was hesitant, she didn't push it anymore. Microneedling & botox weren't uncomfortable, she's super gentle and a great listener.

Her website is super easy to book on, and her staff are always nice and professional when I go in. Both her locations are very clean, very welcoming & set up wonderfully.

I've invested a lot of money in microneedling, hydrafacials, O2 Facials, dermaplanning, lash lift & tint, botox & (upcoming) lip blushing, vampire facial & antioxidant facials. Every SINGLE treatment is so worth it and the results are amazing. I use some of her products at home too and they are amazing. I don't trust anyone with my skin (including doctors) as much as I trust Jessica and her team. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by Jessica, the owner. I was scheduled for a 9:30 appointment but Jessica didn’t show up or call the office to explain why she wasn’t there. The receptionist said she didn’t know why Jessica wasn’t there, and advised that she had tried repeatedly to reach Jessica by phone to find out why she was a no show, but the receptionist had been unable to reach her. I was put in a room and waited for 30 minutes with no word! Finally, at 10:00 (now 30 minutes late) the receptionist came into the room to tell me Jessica had just pulled into the parking lot, but unfortunately — rather than coming inside — Jessica was sitting in her car chatting on her cell phone. I already had been waiting over 30 minutes and could not believe Jessica ( the business owner) had so little disregard for the value of my time that she would roll in 30 minutes late and then sit in the parking lot while talking on her cell! I decided that was the final straw and I left, leaving the message that Jessica just lost a client. Evidently, Jessica was unconcerned as she failed to followup with me for days to explain or apologize … and didn’t contact me until I posted a negative review on her FB page (which she promptly removed). When Jessica did call, what she said was that no one should have given me an appointment at 9:30 am as she typically starts her appointments at 10:00! Really? So she still did not take responsibility for what occurred, which is a huge red flag. There are too many other providers to choose from, which I’d rather do than go back to someone who could care less about a client like me who, by the way, has been giving Jessica business for years!
