Hands down best customer service I have ever recieved! They answered my questions in a very timely manner and gave answers that 100% answered by questions the first time. I only emailed but finding the right tone in an email can be difficult depending on how it's read, although I felt kinda stupid for some of my questions they were very professional in answering and I didn't feel stupid at all once they answered. I had come across an issue all on my part, nothing to do with anything they did, and they didn't hesitate at all to help me through it even when they didn't have to!! They are very trustworthy and extremely helpful!! Words can't even describe how happy I am!

Now for the ring!! Absolutley LOVE! amazing quality that you could never get from a chain jewelry store. The details are amazing! My future husband absolutely loves it. I had him try it on to make sure it fit on the off chance his fingers grew (haha) and I had to chase him down to get it back because he didn't want to take it off. Mind you he is very picky! I also love the fact they send a ring to make sure the sizing is right before they start making it, which, we would have definitely been wrong about hadn't this happened.

Im a London Jeweller myself and have a client who wanted something different mixed metals and maybe ceramic! so i started searching as you do and Googled Mokume knowing you can get some amazing designs, after looking through Google images i found a really nice example clicked the link and found Steven Jacob i looked through the website at some of the amazing designs and metal combinations came across the Titanium & Black Zirconium i knew my client would love this as i've never worked in these kind of metals i directed my client to SJ website to take a look himself, he loved it and the choice i'd made.

As we were communicating across Atlantic i thought it wise to order the 3 sizer bands to get the size 100% they came very quickly via FedEx we picked the correct size and ordered the ring a DARK BURL 8mm Mokume Gane Square Band in Titanium & Black Zirconium with 14K Rose Gold Liner and 4 weeks later it has arrived, its exactly as i imagined it would be and i'm very please with it and the service from Steven Jacob.

Jacob was the absolute best!!! It can be nerve-wracking to buy a ring online (especially one as important as a wedding band) having never seen it in person, but Jacob made it easy! My husband wanted a damascus steel wedding band and the Steven Jacob blog drew us in, as it is clear they are deliberate and careful in their work. We love that! Corresponding via email was a breeze and Jacob was kind enough to send extra pictures highlighting the differences between two features we were deciding between.
