My experience with Woodley’s Fine Furniture (Woodley’s) has been excellent, and it’s the people who made it fun, exciting, and less stressful for me. So that is what I am going to address...
As my Interior Designer, Rhonda Bennett (Rhonda) consistently demonstrated an extensive knowledge of Interior Design, customized furniture, and decorating techniques, as well as her superb communication skills. She has in-depth knowledge (and experience) with staying within a budget, which is what it took for me to stay within mine (she kept me on track). Moreover, her uncanny ability to facilitate good, clear communication between different team members ensured misunderstandings were few and far between. I also want to recognize Pete Cole (Pete), one of the managers at Woodley’s, for being there for me when Rhonda was meeting with another customer. He helped me with some of the accessories and a piece of furniture that I wanted but had no idea where to start. Pete was there with me helping me pick out colors and designs, and with a few of Rhonda’s recommendations, the selections I made with Pete’s help were complete. Thank you Pete for being so patient, accommodating, and friendly!!
In closing, I would like to say that over the years I have interacted with many sales people and have experienced working with interior designers, but I have not come across one as professional and productive as Rhonda (and Pete). I believe that the organization as a whole should recognize her exceptional contribution to Woodley's. I would highly recommend Woodley’s to anyone who is looking for good quality furniture, and knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous service. I will definitely return to Woodley’s for my future furniture needs.

Read moreWe just received our furniture delivery, and are very satisfied with the quality, and the staff is very personable every time I've spoken to them, however, there were some frustrating miscommunications about the delivery estimate. We ordered almost an entire bedroom's worth of furniture, and were told in the store that it would be delivered in 12-14 weeks. That was fine, we could be patient.
At 14 weeks, I gave them a call to find out what the status was, because we hadn't heard anything from them since we made the purchase. The bed still wasn't finished, and no explanation was given as to why. We were told that everything should be done that Wednesday (called on a Sunday) and we'd hear from the factory soon. Nothing on Wednesday. Nothing on Thursday or Friday. We called again on Saturday to leave a message for our sales person, and received an e-mail on Sunday saying the bed still wasn't done, but the factory would contact us as soon as they were finished.
Finally, a little after 15 weeks, we got a call from the factory to set up the delivery day and time. When I asked what took so long, they said they always give an estimate of 15-16 weeks. As far as they were concerned, they were right on schedule.
If we had been told this originally, we would have been fine waiting, but a lot of things were revolving around this delivery, including being able to move around our current bedroom furniture and set up a nursery for our new baby due in 10 weeks.
Honestly, I'll fully admit that the furniture is worth the wait and the price, but for me, misinformation followed by a complete lack of communication unless you call them first, leads to...
Read moreI'm writing to express my gratitude for the service and attention I received at Woodleys Longmont. I worked with several people; however, my main experience was with Sean Cain who was absolutely amazing.
I needed to transition my mother who was in memory care in Wyoming to Colorado. Beginning the process, I knew I would need some new furniture for her new room that would fit the limited dimensions we were given at her new facility. We started out going to American Furniture and were quickly disappointed and began the search elsewhere. I hadn't shopped at Woodleys prior to this; however, they had great quality furnishings and were willing to go the extra mile to work with me to find things that would fit the space. In the end this was the best decision I made was to spend a little more and get both quality and excellent customer service. Sean and his team were wonderful and helped me to select pieces that both fit and worked with the special needs I had for my mother. I can say, as future needs arise for furniture, I will start my search there. I was impressed with the level of care and service I received and I'm grateful to the team who helped me get my mother's room situated in time for the transition. While there were a few minor hiccups, Sean and team quickly and efficiently stepped up each time to resolve them. They were amazing didn't make me feel awkward about needing their help.
