This place was always a staple in meeting up with the guys and having a good time. With the recent remodel I hadnt been in here in maybe a year or two. Went finally and hated the remodel it just doesn't look good not very inviting in my opinion. The bar area is a mess and bleeds into the main dining area because it's not sectioned off anymore. It's just not well planned in this location and a mess. I also made a order through the app recently and it kinda sealed the deal on me never going here again. The manager CHIP some old fart with glasses basically told me it's my fault they messes my order up when clearly it was their negligence to even read my order clearly stated on the app, my receipt on my order, and in my check out receipt on the app. But this bastard had the nerve to be rude and make me feel guilty for asking them to fix my order like it was gonna be a big deal for him to do his job. Slamming stuff around huffing and puffing. He even took my unsauced wings BACK FROM ME into the kitchen (I'm back here after an hour of getting my food almost between driving home and back again) and I'm hoping he actually threw it away to make me new ones like I'd asked since they were cold and sauceless pucks of shame now that I could of bought from Wal-Mart or Mc Donalds for a third of the cost. Pretty sure Mr. CHIP just went back, nuked my cold ass boneless wings tossed them in sauce and put them back into my original bag with hot carrots and ranch. I asked for a refund but was denied and given a voucher coupon instead..i just wanted hot fresh food but instead this guy was a complete ass to me. When I got to my car I tried on and the outside was hot but center was cold...like they HAD BEEN MICROWAVED AND WERE THE SAME boneless wings. Never been so disrespected, accused of lying, and downright treated like garbage like CHIP treated me (if he even gave me his real name) this night. Thankfully the girl at the front gave me a sweet tea to keep me from exploding on this guy for being an idiot.. I may just have to stick to wingstop for the rest of my life now. At least they don't blame their issues on a paying customer and make them feel uncomfortable like this old man manager "Chip" did. I'm just more in shock this guy looked me in the face and told me it was my fault and wouldn't give me a refund let alone...
Read moreI had the worst service I've ever experienced in my 51 yrs of existence. The order was wrong, the service was so slow, and it took us two hours from the time we got there until the time we left to get our food and to eat and deal with the staff and management. Ridiculous!
I understand it's a loud restaurant, but the noise was unbearable. They had the volume turned up too loud on multiple TV's, it sounded like a daycare with all the screaming kids, plus the everyday restaurant noises/conversations... UGH 🤦🏻♀️
No one was bussing the tables. When we arrived, we asked for a booth, but the hostess said there weren't any available. That's because the two that were empty needed to be cleaned. Within 30-45 min, that entire row of booths (7 of them) became empty, and not ONE person bussed those tables. But the hostess kept walking around the restaurant looking at each dirty booth like they were going to magically start cleaning themselves. When we finally ended up having to speak with a manager, I brought that up...excuses were given.
To end the night, I'd given them a coupon, which they eventually said couldn't be used with the BOGO ½ off. Ok, that's fine, then let me have my coupon back. Oh, no!!! They'd thrown it away! 🤦🏻♀️ Again, the manager comes out and gives us several 25% off coupons for "future" visits. I started looking at them...THEY WERE EXPIRED! When we got up to leave and hopefully speak to the manager again and ask for some that were not expired, the waiter tried to tell us they would still honor them since the manager had given to us.
Needless to say, we are NEVER going back there again. It was my 1st and last time to that location. The management and staff are all a joke. Which is really sad because I do enjoy their food.
I hated not tipping the server, but I'll be dang if 1. You're going to continuously have other servers run your orders for you, 2. Screw up the order, 3. Can't be found anywhere when you're needed for tea or anything else, 4. Try and charge me almost double what I should owe, 5. Throw away my coupon, and then 6. Argue with me about expired coupons? 🤬 I have NEVER in my life, NOT tipped someone, but tonight was FUBAR!

Read moreWe have had multiple Issues with to go orders for months and more than a couple encounters with Whitney (the "manager")Today was the last straw. We ordered an hour and a half ahead of time and order was not even in the system when I arrived. The cashier looked like she was extremely frustrated that our order was not placed and immediately called her manager Whitney to look at the issue -which I learned had happened with three other orders before mine -and cashier was concerned that the employee before her shift had not put in any orders - Whitney (the "manager" )proceeded to point in her face and raise her voice and told her it was NOT the other employees fault - it was the fact that their system didn't save the order and she needed to stop making it an issue and she would "take care of it" just get the customer (me) the pay and she(Whitney) would get the order in. The cashier was very apologetic and clearly frustrated with the managers behavior.... As was I. I was then told it would take about 15 minutes (it had already been twenty minutes at this point) so I asked the cashier about a discount due to the wait and complications ( I was already running late for the Super Bowl party as the food was already supposed to be done) so the manage came over - never apologized or looked me in the eye or spoke to me the whole time - and put in a small ass discount and walked off and had the cashier let me know what the "discount" was. Then I waited fifteen minutes for my order .... And guess what?! It was wrong. Sad part Is... I am not surprised. This is hands down the worst run restaurant in Longview. Whitney is a rude - non personable - inefficient - horrible manager. Until she is gone - and things are run differently - and orders can be input and cooked properly- we will not...
