The barista with pink hair was very mean and rude to me. I asked the girl before her to scan my Starbucks, but she walked away, and then the pink hair barista came to the cashier counter. I paid her while still holding the app in my hand, waiting to get a scan. I let her know while I was paying, but she said it was too late now, with an attitude, and that there was nothing I could do about it. She told me it wasn't her fault and that if I had a problem, I should call corporate. I was very embarrassed, especially with another customer right behind me. The problem wasn't that I didn't get my app scanned, but that the staff was very rude, careless, and not helpful. I've been to many Starbucks where they forgot to scan my app, and the staff has always helped me fix it. I will never go to this Starbucks...
Read moreThe only thing I would recommend is for them to make sure they serve what is ordered. I currently have to drink decaf and this is the third time they’ve had to remake my drink. It shouldn’t be on the customer to double check the staff and make sure they serve the correct drink. I genuinely worry for others who must have decaf and order from here....
