Went there 09/28 around 3 p.m. There were two young ladies working one of which who was pregnant and maybe she wasn't having a good day because the two were visibly talking about how they would leave and they didn't have to put up with "this".
However they never greeted us, acknowledged us and never asked us if we needed assistance. We navigated through the store for about 5-10 minutes without being assisted and finally decided to just leave and go to another store, to spend our money. Unfortunately the store did not have the shoe I was looking for so we returned to Finish Line and I had to ask if they had my size in a particular shoe, because once again we weren't greeted. They didn't have my size and that's not their fault at all but there were no follow up questions to see what I was looking for, suggestions, recommendations or alternatives. It wasn't until one of the associates saw me taking a pic of the shoe and said "do you want me to look online", in a very rude way. I was definitely over both of the associates and my experience in that store so I declined.

It took 1 hour to return a pair of sneakers because the wrong pair was sent to me. Even after dealing with extremely rude & disrespectful staff (including the employee I spoke to over the phone whom the manager needed to call in regards to the online order) I still didn't get the item I originally ordered & they did not refund my money. I also called the service number the next day to report the terrible experience & have not been contacted back as the service representative stated I would after she took down my report & told me it would be investigated. It's been almost 1 week and nobody has contacted me. But I got 2 e-mails stating my order was canceled without reason or without my permission.
