Mr. Campbell was very rude towards me and my wife, though their prices are cheap their quality of goods are also cheap as well. My wife had her rings, the one I proposed to her with and married her with, stone fall out twice within the first year. We were told it’s was because she was too rough with the ring and that she damaged one of the prongs(though my wife rarely wears the ring in public, only to special events. She wears her band or a ring I bought her when we were dating instead.)The first time we paid to have the ring reset. The second time the stone was lost for good. We went to the store at which we bought the ring and Mr. Campbell told us that she didn’t take good care of the ring and that we would have to buy a new ring or leave. He was not genuine when he said “sorry”. He told me that gold was soft and that was the reason why it fell out so easy. He said that they have over 50+ people a week come in for stones falling out. Which leads me to believe that there is a genuine problem with the products they are selling. This will be the last time I ever purchase anything from this company. I feel disrespected and cheated. I will do more research this time and buy my wife a ring she deserves and can wear for the rest of her life instead of 6 months at a time. Shame on this company and I recommend you look at reviews like this before spending your money at a company that does not care for their customers and...
Read moreCame to pick up my wedding rings that were getting resized and was told they can’t release them to me because their POS system is down. Okay, sucks, I leave. About 2 minutes later, I walk back to the store to ask if I could leave my receipts there for them to scan out when the system was back up. Just a thought. I walk back in, they obviously already know what I’m there for. 2 of 4 associates were helping other customers and the other 2 stood there and literally stared at me, making eye contact without saying a word or asking if I had any other questions. One guy helping a customer finishes up so I attempted to approach him and he swiftly turned and walked the other direction. So I force words with one of the associates who stood staring at me for 5 minutes and ask him and let him know that I live over an hour away and don’t know when I can come back. I was told “no, sorry”. HOWEVER, I’m standing here, in real time, watching them accept another customer’s rings in for cleaning and watched them print and hand over a receipt to her. But the POS system isn’t working and they can’t do anything? Doesn’t really add up. Aside from that, it’s a complete lack of customer service to not have any options available for customers that have trusted jewelry they already own in the company’s hands.

Read moreMy husband and myself went to pick up my ring that had been sent for repair. It was Saturday afternoon, there were 2 sales ladies on the floor. Both sales ladies were with customers when we arrived. It was our turn, we handed her our receipt to pickup the repaired ring. The salesperson keys information into the computer and asks my husband for his identification and says it will take a couple of minutes. There are no other customers in the store at this time. The lady helping us has the ring under a microscope and a young man walks up and engages in a conversation with her about a male salesperson whom is not there and about a piece of jewelry he does not have with him. Our salesperson totally shuts down on continuing to finalize our pickup. The other salesperson tries to help and was ignored. I went to the counter and asked for my ring and was asked to sign that I was satisfied with the repair. All the time she is still conversating with the young man. She apologized for them being SHORT STAFFED! Unprofessional and not a...
